Objective:To study the clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma, and makes a comprehensive evaluation. Methods:a retrospective study, we selected 46 cases of neovascular glaucoma patients in 2013 January to 2014 October in our hospital (60 eyes), will all patients according to the diagnosis and treatment of sequence number, will be for three different operation modes were divided into A, B, C three groups, A group 13 patients (20 eyes) underwent ciliary body cryotherapy, B group of 15 patients (20 eyes) underwent compound trabeculectomy+ peripheral iridectomy+ mitomycin, C group of 18 patients (20 eyes) underwent glaucoma valve implantation. Postoperative 3 month follow-up for all patients. Observe and record the changes of intraocular pressure, visual acuity of patients in three groups were observed before and after operation, postoperative corneal edema, anterior chamber exudation, shallow anterior chamber, hyphema and ocular complications such as pain relief situation of slit lamp microscope. Results:in A group, B group, C group, the average postoperative IOP of 3 days were (25.78±3.62) mmHg, (15.14±3.44) mmHg, (14.13±4.01) mmHg, compared with the preoperative intraocular pressure were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the B group, C group of intraocular pressure drop compared with the A group more; after March three group mean IOP were (20.78±2.34) mmHg, (20.34±3.21) mmHg, (20.48±4.05) mmHg, the mean IOP after operation in March three group obviously reduced compared with the preoperative, postoperative day 3 but increased, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).. After operation, patients in group B significantly improve visual acuity in 3 cases, obviously improved in 2 cases of C group, patients with optic,; more than A treatment rate was 80%; in group B, the treatment rate was 90%; the treatment group C rate is 95%, through the accurate probability statistics, comparison of therapeutic effect between two groups had no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:simple cyclocryotherapy, complex trabeculectomy+ peripheral iridectomy+ mitomycin C and glaucoma valve implantation for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma were safe and effective for patients with neovascular glaucoma in different condition, can adopt different ways of operation in the treatment, the recovery of visual function of patients with as the primary purpose of.
