| Research backgroudGastric polyps has become a common disease in the digestive system,The current domestic gastric polyp detection rate is between 1.2%-5.5%,and in recent years, the detection rate of gastric polyps showed an increasing tendency.The canceration rate of some types of polyps is high.80% adenomatous polyps can be turned into gastric cancer,If it combined intraepithelial neoplasia.The canceration rate in polyps larger than 2cm is as high as 50%.The majority of scholars believe that the gastric polyps is the second easy cancerous diseases in gastric precancerous diseases,and it is second only to the chronic atrophic gastritis.Westem medicine treatment mainly used for gastric polyps endoscopic treatment.But the recurrence rate were observed after treatment is relatively high.This situation increases the patient’s psychological pressure,Lower the quality of life,increase the cost of medical treatment. Endoscopic treatment is only for the treatment of local lesions, did not eradicate the cause, did not improve the overall disease state of the patient So it is very important to seek traditional Chinese medicine treatment which has the curative obvious and stable effect and a small side effect.Now the motherland medicine gradually attached importance to the research of gastric polyps.From the point of view of the overall concept of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation combined starting.It has certain advantages in the treatment of gastric polyps,gastric polyps postoperative complications and relapse prevention,prevention of malignant transformation.At present the reports about TCM understanding and treatment of gastric polyps in less.It is dfficult to guide prevention and treatment of gastric polyps in traditional Chinese Medicine.ObjectiveWe based on the treatment of the guiding ideology in TCM,analysised the distribution of TCM syndrome in patients with gastric polypsand correlative study of distribution of TCM syndromes and the clinical related factors. So we can provide some basis for prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of gastric polyps.MethodsWe established the gastric polyps clinical questionnaire.The patients who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and agreed to participate in the investigation ofpatients were choiced.We collected the patients general info rmation,the data results of gastroscope, pathological diagnosis and TCM diagnostic data.Then we filed in the questionnaire and typed patients insyndrome differentiation of TCM. We set up the data base, input data, proofread and corrected, to ensure the data integrity and accuracy. Statistical analysis of data, general data using the frequency method,count data using chisquare test,non parameter test,distribution of gastric polyps in patients with TCM syndrome type.Results1This study collected 176 cases of patients with gastric polyps.there are 32 male patients (18.2%)and 144cases of female patients (81.8%).the male to female ratio was 1:4.49.The age of the smallest patient is 24 years old,and the biggest is 81 years old,mean age 55.55±10.51 years.2The sporadic cases of gastric polyps is 43 cases (24.4%),133 cases of multiple (75.6%),including 27 cases of 10 or more gastric polyps (15.3%),1 cases of more than 20 polyps.Polyps in oneposition for 115 cases (65.3%),61 cases of two parts (34.7%).Most of them is in the gastric fundus and body.Morphology by Yamada Ⅱ (39.8%) and Yamada Ⅲ (29.5%) are more.The average diameter of 6.91±4.90mm,where 3-6mm.The positive of Hp infection is 27 cases (15.4%),149 cases with Hp negative.Pathological results in fundic gland polyps (64.2%) is the most.3The following 176 cases of TCM syndrome in patients with gastric polyp type distribution in this study:stagnation of damp heat syndrome(27.8%)> incoo rdination between the liver and stomach(26.7%)>qi stagnation and phlegm type(17%)>phlegm and blood stasis type(13.6%)>spleen deficiency type (8.5%)>stagnation of cold damp type (6.3%).The stagnation of damp heat type is the most,and the incoordination between the liver and stomachis the second.4The TCM Syndrome Distribution of gastric polyps in patients is related to the sex(P<0.05).in the female incoordination between the liver and stomach is most,while in the malepatient the stagnation of damp heat syndrome is most.5In pathological types,TCM syndrome types of hyperplastic polyps in patients with inflammatory polyps distribution has the difference (P<0.01),hyperplastic polyps with stagnation of damp heat type is the most,and inflammatory polyps with liver stomach disharmony type.6The TCM syndrome type distribution of gastric polyps were not correlated to age,gastric polyp morphology,number and Helicobacter pylori infection (P>0.05).Conclusion1 Above 50 years old people tend to get gastric polyps.Women than men easy to get gastric polyp.2The multiple cases is more seemd.The growth of gastric polypsis more in fundus and body parts.Morphology by Yamada Ⅱ and Yamada Ⅲ are more.The diameter of gastric polypsis is between 3-6mm.The positive rate of Hp infection is 15.4%.Pathological results in fundic gland polypsis the most.3The following 176 cases of TCM syndrome in patients with gastric polyp type distribution in this study:stagnation of damp heat syndrome>incoordination between the liver and stomach>qi stagnation and phlegm type>phlegm and blood stasis type>spleen deficiency type>stagnation of cold damp type.The stagnation of damp heat type is the most, and the incoordination between the liver and stomachis the second.4The TCM Syndrome Distribution of gastric polyps in patients is related to the sex.in the female incoordination between the liver and stomach is most,while in the malepatient the stagnation of damp heat syndrome is most.5In pathological types,TCM syndrome types of hyperplastic polyps in patients with inflammatorypolyps distribution has the difference,hyperplastic polyps with stagnation of damp heat type is the most,and inflammatory polyps with liver stomach disharmony type.
