Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Tianjiao Shixiong Decoction In Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of application of skyhook stone knee Decoction in the treatment of wind fire on the disturbance type of acute cerebral infarction, verify its safety and effectiveness, and to explore the mechanism of its action;Method:the selection of Wangjing Hospital in 2014 annual accords with Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and dialectical hot cases on the disturbance type of acute cerebral infarction were 60, randomly grouping model, divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the control group on the basis of general supporttreatment,application of chlorinated sodium 250ml+ cinepazide maleate 320mg QD,sodium chloride 250ml+ Edaravone Injection 30mg bid continuous static point in a total of 14 days; the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction day hook stone knee Decoction orally 2 times a day, morning and evening service points, taking 14 days in a row. Signs and symptoms of change in thefirst day of admission and 14 days of the patients were observed, recorded the integral in patients with neurological deficit scores and Chinese stroke-wind fire on interference cardsyndrome. Liver and kidney function examination, hematuria patients admitted to first days and fourteenth days of general, safety evaluation of oral medicine decoction day hook stoneknee soup.Results:of the 1 patients in the treatment group, control group and the neurological deficit scores were lower than the group before treatment score was lower, the result has asignificant difference (P<0.05); the treatment group after treatment efficiency was 93.4%,control group after treatment efficiency was 66.7%, the effective rate of the treatment groupthan the control group, the results were statistically significant (P "0.05);2, the treatment group after treatment the wind fire disturbance syndrome integral lower than before treatment, a significant difference (P<0.05) before and after treatment, but the controlgroup before and after treatment had no obvious change, the results were not statistically significant (P>0.05); the treatment group after treatment efficiency of 93.3% cases improve the TCM syndrome, higher than 53.4% in the control group, the two group has significant differences (P<0.05);3, first,14 days of admission of patients with blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation and electrocardiogram examination, no change before and afterthe decoction, showed good safety.Conclusion:the sky hook stone knee decoction has a better therapeutic effect on acute cerebralinfarction in patients with syndrome of Fenghuo disturbance, and can improve thenerve function recovery of cerebral infarction patients, reduce the incidence of complications;...
