| Objective:To observe the effects after taking Erbuzhuyu decoction three menstrual cycles on repeated falied IVF-ET patients causeing endometrial receptivity decreased and whoseTCM syndrome type is deficiency of kidney andblood stasis type.Method:First to design the clinical rating scale which are the TCM clinical manifestation scale, Salle mark scale.Then to collect 47 subjects which were failed in IVF-ET helping repeatedly. Thirdly, to observe the clinicalsymptoms, female-hormone six items value. Finally, to comparise the changes of endometrial thickness on the day of HCG injection, the blood flow exponential index, Salle mark, ratio of embedding embryo and clinicalgestationResults:1.47 patients whose clinical symptom score is 143 points and average score is 3.04±1.70 points,decrease score compared to the previous score which are total 521 points and average 11.09±3.21 points. It shows that the patients ’clinicalsymptoms were improved obviously (p<0.05).2.47 patient’s symptoms besides loss of libido or dry in the shade and tooth decay were improved, It shows that the patients’clinical symptoms after the treatments were improved obviously (p<0.05).3.47 patients’index of FSH and T were descended after taking Erbuzhuyu decoction 3 menstrual cycles (p<0.05).4.17 patients taking IVF-ET treatment again whose average endometrial thickness is 0.92±0.34cm were increased compared to the previous 0.67±0.17cm. It shows that the patients’endometrial thickness were improved obviously(p<0.01).5.17 patients’uterine artery RIand PI are0.84±0.06,0.80±0.93,1.95± 0.91,1.72±0.53 after treatment and previous index arel.08±0.23,1.12± 0.36,2.45±0.59,2.18±0.64. The uterine artery RIand PI index were decreased after treatment (p<0.01).6.17 patients’RIand PI are0.64±0.131.00±0.33 after the treatment and previous RI index are0.90±0.28,1.24±0.40. The endometrial blood RI and PI index were decreased after treatment (p<0.01).7.There were 4 cases whose uterine grassroots echo uniform accounting for 23.5% and 13 cases whose uterine grassroots uneven echo accounting for76.5% in 17 patients. There were 6 uterine grassroots echo uniform cases accounting for 35.3% and 11 uneven echo cases accounting for 64.7% after treatment. Endometrial primary echo had not statistical significance (p>0.05).8.17 taking IVF-ET patients whoseSalle scoreis 10.29±2.11 points after treatment, increase score compared to the previous score which are 16.53± 2.10 points of. It shows that the patients’Salle score were improved obviously (p<0.01).9. There were 5 embryo implantation failed cases accounting for 29.4%,4 cases of biochemical pregnancy accounting for 23.5%, and 8 clinical pregnancy cases accounting for 47.1% after treatment,while there were 10 unimplantation cases accounting for 58.8%,6 cases of biochemical pregnancy accounting for 35.3%,and 1 clinical pregnancy cases. the patients with embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate are improved obviously (p<0.01).Conclusion:Erbuzhuyu Decoction can improve clinical symptoms and uterine receptivity, increase embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate on repeated IVF-ET failure patients whose TCM syndrome type is deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type.
