Purpose:Through analyzing thepatients’historywithpsoriasis arthropathica tosummarizethe pathogenisis、clinical manifestations and therapeutical experience in TCM of psoriasisarthropathica patients in dermatology department in inpatient department of LiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in order to strengthen the understanding ofpsoriasis arthropathica to have better way to prevent and treat psoriasis arthropathica.Material and method: Retrospective study which was collected with July in2011toSeptember in2013came from patients with psoriasis arthropathica in inpatient department ofLiaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Some items should be registered andlisted, such as sex、occupation、admission date、onset age、times of hospitalization、solar termof onset、disease duration、recurrence、aggravating incentives、family history、previous histor、patches on the skin、automatical response、applications、tongue pulse、immune functiondetection、 medications before hospitalization、 hospital stays、 medications during thehospitalization、 prescriptions of chinese herbs and therapeutic evaluation.then using thestatistical method to get the relevant results and analysis.Results:1.General condition:collecting and treating117patients with psoriasis arthropathica,the ratiosof men to women was1.13:1,and onset age was concentrately from21to40.2.Inducing factors:38patients with definite inducing factors,which accounted for32.48%ofthe total number of cases,and infecting factors is main inducing factors,which accounted for92.11%of the clear pathogenesis of case numbers.3.Complications:30patients with disease history,which accounted for25.64%of the totalnumber of cases,and the disease was mianly high blood pressure、diabetes、depression.4.Family history:16patients had family history,which accounted for13.68%of the the totalnumber of cases.5. TCM syndrome-type distribution:blood heat:83cases, blood stasis type:19cases,blooddeficiency and dryness:15cases.6.Therapeutic results:1patient curing;113patients effective; the total effective rate was97.44%. Conclusion:1.The research shows psoriasis arthropathica has no significant gender difference,and it oftenappears young people and consistent with previous research.2.The research shows it has clear inducing factor in number of cases,infecting is the maininducing factor.3. This research shows that psoriasis can produce a variety of complications, prompt withimmunity, metabolism, neuroendocrine and so on.4.Treating psoriasis arthropathica with integrated between traditional chinese and westernmedicine、internal and external treatment the effective rate is97.44%.
