Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hip Arthritis With Hipao Guogang Pill

Purpose： This article is amid at discussing the clinical efficacy of treatmentosteoarthritis of hip typed the deficiency of liver and kidney by using New BoneHyperplasia pill.Material and method：Forth patients who had osteoarthritis of hip wererandomly divided into two groups which were the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treating by New Bone Hyperplasia Pill, and take themedicne after meals with one pill each time and two times a day,14days fora course of treatment, continuous treatment of two courses.The control groupwas treating by Meloxicam Tablets,and take one tablet(7.5mg) each time and twotimes a day, for4weeks.During the treatment, two groups of patients werecooperate treating by functional exercise and traction at night, and both weretreated for four weeks then we can observe the treatment effects.Results：Referring to the regulations of curative effect evaluation standardsfrom“The clinical research guidelines of Chinese medicine’s new drugs fortreating osteoarthritis”, the treatment group’s total effective rate was83.33%and the control group’s total effective rate was76.67%. Comparing thetwo groups’ total effective rates through Ridit analysis, P<0.05, there wasa very significant difference between the two groups. According to Harris HipJoint Function Scale and WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index, after statistical treatment,comparing the two groups after treatments, P<0.05. We can see that there wasa significant difference, and the treatment group is demonstrably superior tothe control group.Conclusion：Using New Bone Hyperplasia pill to treat hip osteoarthritis typedthe liver and kidney deficiency has good curative effect, and it was worth popularization and application.
