Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria (Wind - Heat Syndrome) By Modified

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treating the Wind-heat syndromes of chronic urticaria by Traditional Chinese Medicine (Jia Wei Sheng Jiang San) and Self-blood-injection-acupuncture therapy. Summarize it’s feature and advantage, in order to supply a treatment, which is easier, more effective, less negative influence.Methods:108cases of this clinical research were randomly divided into three groups, They are one treatment group and two control groups, all groups take the appropriate therapeutic schedules:①the treatment group use (Jia Wei Sheng Jiang San) and Self-blood-injection-acupuncture;②one of the control groups use (Jia Wei Sheng Jiang San)only;③the other group use Ebastine and Self-blood-injection-acupuncture. The course of this study is last6weeks, and the visitation of cases who has a recovery would lasted3months.Results:after six weeks, the recovery rate of the treatment group is32.3%, the total effective rate is84%; the recovery rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine is23%, the total effective rate is50%; the recovery rate of Western medicine is19.6%, the total effective rate is48%. By statistical analysis, the treatment group is the best of all, and the group of Traditional Chinese Medicine only is as good as the group using Ebastine and Self-blood-injection-acupuncture therapy. There is no difference to the negative side effects and the reoccurrence rate.Conclusion:All the therapies are effective, but (Jia Wei Sheng Jiang San) unite Self-blood-injection-acupuncture is better than Traditional Chinese Medicine only and Western medicine unite Self-blood-injection-acupuncture. The therapeutic efficacy of groups used Traditional Chinese Medicine has nothing to do with age, The therapeutic efficacy of group using Western medicine is descending by the greater age between of difference. The result show that the group which using Traditional Chinese Medicine is more stable, and more be suit to every one.
