Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Transfers Of Prescription 1 On Preserved Postoperative Tubal Pregnancy

Objective:This topic is to observe the impact of the1st Tongshufang on the rate of recanalization after conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy.Methods:60cases of tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group. All patients underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery,The treatment group were token the1st Tongshufang.the control group does not token the1st Tongshufang, other treatments are the same of treatment group.The1,3,7,14,21days after surgery,patients were intravenous check blood serum β-HCG,the two groups were observed the decline in serum β-HCG and the incidence rate of PEP.The first three menstrual cycles after surgery,all patients were have a hysterosalpingography when menstruation have clean3to7days,comparing the tubal patency with each group.All patients were followed up for six months after hysterosalpingography,then the pregnancy of each groups were recorded and compared.Results:Comparison in terms of age,menopause,the size of mass,the levels of blood HCG bfore surgery,pregnancy site and the history (motherhood, abortio history,history of pelvic surgery), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),two groups with a balanced set of data. Compared with tow groups,the first and the third day after surgery,the difference of the rate of decline in blood HCG was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the7th and14th day after surgery,the treatment group was fastter than the control group with significant difference (P<0.05),and the times of blood HCG decreased to normal is significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).Treatment group were no cases occurred PEP,the occurrence rate was0%,but in the control group had four cases of PEP,the rate was13.33%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Ipsilateral tubal patency of treatment group were28cases with patency rate was93.33%,of control group were20cases with patency rate was66.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Following up for six months after hysterosalpingography,the treatment group were30cases,27cases of actual visit(2patients contraception,one patient went abroad and lost),intrauterine pregnancy24cases,accounting for88.89%, recurrent ectopic pregnancy1cases, accounting for3.70%,and in the control group30cases,26cases of actual visits(l patient contraception, three patients were lost to follow), intrauterine pregnancy15cases, accounting for57.69%,7cases of recurrent ectopic pregnancy,accounting for26.92%.Compared two groups of pregnancies,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy,which group token the1st Tongshufang can improve the rate of decrease postoperative blood HCG,reduce the incidence of PEP,improve postoperative ipsilateral tubal patency and intrauterine pregnancy.
