Background: As the aging of our population, changes of life style and diet structure,and the rising of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes incidence, the incidence ofarteriosclerosis obliterans has been significantly increased. Data show that, in our country formore than45years old ASO rate was250/10million people.According to the analysis of theannual ischemic disease of lower extremity in increments of600000people in the Chinadigital, suggesting that this type of disease is becoming an important factor affecting humanhealth.Purpose: To explore the clinical characteristics of gangrene, retrospectively analyze theclinical observation and clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and Westernmedicine, the clinical curative effect of combined treatment gangrene, better focused wellexperience in prevention and control work。Material and method:To retrospectively from200909months to2012December invascular surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicineof lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (gangrene) in treatment of patients with a totalof52cases, are in line with the diagnostic criteria of TCM, western medicine of "fever" ofarteriosclerosis obliterans (Arteriosclerosis Obliterans, ASO) diagnostic criteria. Methods: thedata collected on the incidence of fever patients, age, gender, past medical history, TCMsyndrome type,mode of operation,preoperative and postoperative ABI, curative effectevaluation of the situation of the system of statistical analysis, and using the data SPSS19.0version of statistical software t test analysis, according to the results obtained, the treatment,efficacy, amputation (toe) related issues and mortality rates, as the focus of analysis anddiscussion, the treatment in the hope that can serve in the future clinical practice, put forwardthe effective treatment, matters needing attention。 Conclusion:1.Through the observation that the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicineis the most effective method of treatment, the most comprehensive。2.Significantly increased the ABI value。3.Reduce the amputation rate, improve the quality of life。...
