Objective: To research clinical curative effect of acute cholecystitisafter operation according with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment onthe recovery of patients with Western medicine.Methods: Choose68cases of acute cholecystitis of463Hospital Departmentof general surgery in2012September-2014January hospitalized paralleloperation, according to the operation time and postoperative recoverytreatment were divided into2groups,34cases in each group, group A afteroperation by combining Chinese and Western treatment,group B as thepostoperative treatment of Western medicine. The two groups were observedand compared with the different treatment strategies, postoperative liverfunction recovery; compared with the A group, B group of two groups withdifferent treatment strategies of postoperative blood recovery. Results:A, B time to restore liver function between two groups after operation,group A were better than those in B group (P<0.05); A, B white bloodcell count recovery time between two groups after operation, group A werebetter than those in B group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Acute cholecystitis patients progress rapidly, postoperativerecovery should be taken under the guidance of traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine treatment combined with the TCM syndrome,can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, is worthy ofclinical application.
