| Purpose：To discuss huangqi guizhi wuwu ze LAN of tonga, sichuan fruit, yuanhu, five faeces of clinical curative effect for the treatment of thoracic outletsyndrome.Material and method： Will be randomly selected60patients with thoracicoutlet syndrome were divided into two groups, the treatment group of30casesof application of huangqi guizhi wuwu ze LAN of tonga, yuan hu, five fat, sichuanfruit treated with spirit; Control group30cases, using the attached laurelbone capsule to treat pain.Results：Treatment group of30patients, up to20clinical cure standards,seven patients had marked effect, obviously has certain curative effect ofpatients with2people,1is invalid. Control group of30patients, clinicalcure standards of13patients,10patients were markedly improved, obviouslyhas certain curative effect,5patients with2is invalid. The clinicaleffectiveness can reach66.67%, treatment group total effective rate up to96.67%;The control group clinical effective rate was43.34%, total effective rate was93.34%.Conclusion：Huangqi guizhi wuwu tonga, yuan hu, fruit, ze lan, five faecesof sichuan has very good therapeutic effect in patients with thoracic outletsyndrome. |
