Purpose:Through comparative analysis of the clinical data of children withpneumonia in our hospital, to explore the clinical indications of differentpathogen infection of children with pneumonia in children’s main manifestationsand clinical signs of TCM and extrapulmonary manifestations, analysis of threedifferent children in the initial condition of the similarities and differencesbetween main license and certificate time of TCM, in order to obtain relativelyobjective condition characteristics, to guide diagnosis and prognosis ofpneumonia and outcome provide certain basis.Method:ChoiceofliaoninguniversityoftraditionalChinesemedicinehospitalpediatric wards in the hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia in our hospital300cases of children (in July2011-November2012hospitalization), select oneof the188cases of a single pathogen infection of children, into pneumoniamycoplasma groups, bacteria, viruses, group three groups of children, to observeand record of three groups of children with the main symptoms, signs and symptoms, syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine and extrapulmonary complications, and comparative analysisResults:(1)to detect serum specific antibody in188cases of hospitalized children withpneumonia specificity antibody positive of pneumonia in children with81cases, infection rate was43%, the detected bacterial pneumonia in childrenwith58cases, infection rate was30.9%.Viral pneumonia in children with49cases, infection rate was26.1%.(2)there are differences on age distribution, children with mycoplasmapneumoniae group with high age(8to14years of age) in the majority ofchildren, children with bacterial group mainly in the group(4to7years old),children with virus group with a low age group(1to3years old).(3)there are differences among the three groups of children on the card typedistribution (P <0.05).Children with mycoplasma group with the wind-heatclosed the lung (40.7%), phlegm-heat closed the lung (48.1%).Bacteria groupof children is given priority to with phlegm-heat closed the lung (84.5%),virus group is given priority to with wind-heat closed the lung (51%).(4)three kinds of pathogen infection pneumonia in the main pass fever, cough, phlegm, asthma have differences (P<0.05).Children with mycoplasma pneumoniaegroup four main frequency were higher than other two groups.Bacteria and virusgroup in the main card distribution is no diference (P>0.05).Mycoplasmapneumonia and bacteria group, bacteria and virus group in the heat degreemore difference (P<0.05).Degree in cough, and viral pneumonia in childrenwith mycoplasma pneumoniae children with cough frequency is given priorityto, children with bacterial pneumonia is given priority to with array coughor occasional cough. On the degree of shortness of breath and cough up phlegm, mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with bacterial pneumonia andviral pneumonia was no difference (P>0.05), On the tongue like performance, there are differences among the three groups of children tocompare(P<0.05).children with mycoplasma pneumoniae and virus in childrenwith group is given priority to with red and dark red tongue, bacteria groupof children is priority to with red and pink tongue.on the coatingperformance, the groups of children are given priority to with yellowmoss, mycoplasma pneumoniae and virus group are different(P<0.05).on thegeneral symptoms such as red face, fatigue, and urine yellow, dry, ect, ofmycoplasma pneumoniae in children with frequency is higher then the othertwo kind of pneumonia.Conclusion:(1) In children with mycoplasma pneumonia pneumoniae infection rate is highest, bacterial infection rate is higher, virus infection rate is low. (2)Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection symptoms to toxic heat isrelatively rare, high fever, sputum less, easy to concurrent stridor, bacterial pneumonia with phlegm heat symptoms for many, the viral pneumoniawas wind hot symptoms.(3)Children,s pneumonia etiology and closely related to the main certificate ofTCM.(4)Different pathogen infection in children with different distribution ofextrapulmonary complications.
