Study On The Difference Of Prevention And Treatment Of IBS With Different Specific Acupoints And Different Acupuncture Points On Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose：To observe the acupuncture compatibility of different specificacupuncture point for liver spleen deficiency of the clinical efficacy of IBSexplore different specific point compatibility to change the card IBS curativeeffects.Material and method：Therandomizedcontrolledexperimentmethodisadoptedto conform to the conditions of64cases of liver spleen deficiency patientswith IBS is divided into four groups: control group, he mu combined pointgroup,shu he combined point group, shu mu combined point group. For each patientaccording to each group of different specific point compatibility of acupuncturetreatment once a day. Treatment for14days for a period of treatment, therewere two course of treatment. After the treatment, according to the integralrecord for statistical analysis.Results：1. He mu combined point group,shu he combined point group, shu mu combined pointgroup were better than control group.He mu combined point group,shu he combinedpoint group respectively compared with control group, the differences werestatistically significant (P <0.05).The effect of shu mu combined group wasbetter than control group, difference has significant statistical significance(P <0.01).2. The effect of shu mu combined group is better than the effect of he mu combinedpoint group and shu he combined point group,difference has statisticalsignificance (P <0.05).Conclusion：1.Acupuncture therapy can be used as a safe and effective treatment, to change the card IBS has obvious therapeutic effect.2. The compatibility of different specific point acupuncture on liver spleendeficiency IBS can produce different degree of regulation, and the curativeeffects comparable.3. The treatment effect of shu mu combined point is superior to the effect ofhe mu combined point,shu he combined point. Purpose: In establishing a liver spleen deficiency rat model and evaluation,on the basis of observation of acupuncture preconditioning on liver depressionmodel of spleen deficiency rats control function and the effect of differencesbetween different specific point compatibility.Materials and methods: It will be evenly divided60male and female adultWistar rats by the draw method randomly divided into6groups: blank controlgroup (group A), model control group (group B), positive control group (tai chongpoint,san yin jiao point, group C),he mu point combined group(shang ju xupoint,tian shu point,tai chong point,san yin jiao point,group D), shu he pointcombined group (da chang shu point,shang ju xu point,tai chong point,san yinjiao point, group E), shu mu point combined group(da chang shu point,tian shupoint,tai chong point,san yin jiao point, group F). Experiment1day to7daysfor C, D, E, F group were performed in each group once per day, including20minutes of pretreatment,8days to22days to other groups other than the groupA of rats with chronic stress method (unpredictable) building, once per day,total building15days.23days for all materials in rats, usingimmunohistochemical method, the observation group in the colon of rats VIP, GAS,and the change of AQP4content.Results:1. In building7days, B group of rats showed less active, diet reduce stool,easy to wake, texture soft and so on.Then, C, D, E, F group rats after acupuncturepretreatment did not see the obvious change.Building13days later, the ratsof group B depression, expression, struggle to reduce, eating less, defecatetexture into thin pond, defecate number increase, hair turned into dry yellow,activity less, cluster tired even lie and so on.Group C, D, E, F between groupsof rats after acupuncture pretreatment are no obvious change.2. The B group of rats after building of sugar water intake does not increase with the increase of weight, group B can be thought of to reduce to the amountof sugar water. From the above several ways that use this kind of building methodfor building success.3. After acupuncture pretreatment of C, D, E, F group rats, VIP and AQP4grayscalevalues are higher than group B, F increased obviously while difference hassignificant statistical significance (P <0.01).GAS of grey value is lower thanthat of the group B, group F reduced obviously, difference has significantstatistical significance (P <0.01).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture pretreatment can be used as a safe and effective prevention andcontrol measures, can prevent the health status of rats into liver spleendeficiency of health status (including the state of health and disease) in rats.2.The compatibility of different specific point can regulate the colon in VIP,GAS, and the content of AQP4, thus effectively prevent the happening of the changethe certificate.3.From the perspective of the change of weight and sugar water intakecompatibility of different specific acupuncture point group of acupunctureeffect, each group did not show a clear advantage. But VIP in the colon of rats,GAS, and the content of AQP4, different specific hole prevention effectdifference between compatibility groups: group F VIP in the colon, GAS, and thecontent of AQP4regulating both shows obvious advantages, this conclusion isto change the card after the health status of effective experimental basis forclinical practice.
