Objectives: To explore the insulin plus external application effectointment in the treatment of malignant tumor after incision not healing efficacy.Method: randomly selected80cases of malignant tumor (breast cancer, gastriccancer, colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon and rectum malignant tumor after)no healing of the incision were divided into two groups, the control group, thetreatment group with40cases in each group, treatment group were treated withregular insulin plus a effective cream, no wound healing regular disinfection,use1ml syringe, extraction1ml regular insulin, according to0.05ml/cm2insulinuniform drops into the wound, moderate effect ointment onto the wound, to coverthe wound size is appropriate, thickness is maintained at around0.3cm, and thencovered with a sterile gauze, adhesive tape fixed, once a day. The control groupused a effect; paste, routine disinfection of the wound, the wound size accordingto, the amount ofefficiency ointment on wound, thickness is maintained at around0.3cm, sterile gauze to cover, adhesive tape fixed, once a day. The treatmentgroup and the control group. The course of treatment was3weeks, observed theeffect of treatment and wound two groups after3weeks of healing time and otherrelated indicators. Results: the treatment group with the amount of insulin plus a effectivecream,no healing of the incision for the treatment of abdominal tumor afteroperation, the control unhealing incision group effect ointment in the treatmentofabdominal tumor after operation. Treatment group with the use ofappropriateinsulin plus ointment in treating malignant tumor effect, postoperative wound is not healing, age46-64years old, mean age (54.78±3.64);the averagehealing time of13-28d,(19.9±3.80) d. The control group used aacting ointment in the treatment of malignant tumor after incision not healing,age47-61years old, average (54.93±3.08) years old, the average healing timeof16-30d,(21.9±3.38) d. Two cases of age and other basic indicators are P>0.05, no significant difference, indicating that two groups are comparable, thetreatment group and the control group, the average healing time of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.014<0.05).Conclusion: the curative effect ointment in the treatment of nonunion hasbeenclinically proven, two groups had satisfactory therapeutic effect, regularinsulin and efficiency paste has a synergistic effect in the treatment ofmalignantnonunion after tumor resection, insulin combined effect ointment inthe treatment of malignant tumor after incision not healing effect is moreobvious, recovery time is short, it is worthy of clinical application.
