Objeetives:TO observe the effect of Shen-Can-Tong-Zhi Prescription (SGTZF) on the P450scc and3β-HSD Protein Expression of leydig eell in rats with Partial androgen deficieney(PAD).Methods:Partial androgen defieiency model of rats,Aeeording to the PrinciPle of randomly divided into4groups:The normal control group(N),the model group(MX),testosterone ProPionate(GT) Shen-Can-Tong-Zhi Prescription group(SG),.Observation eaeh group rats General situation, weight, tail suspension experiment and testicular index, ete, evaluation their status in rats, Radiation immune measuring each group serum TT level with before and after the treatment, Inununohistoehemical measuring each group Leydig cell expression level, Carry out statistic analysis.Results:After copy the animal model, rats serum TT level deereased(P<0.01),Behavior(tail suspension test) appears to change,Basic similar PAD AM,Show making the model sueeess.After the treatment,serum TT contents in GT and SG groups inereased significantly compared with Pretherapy in each group (P<0.01).Results of rats.tail suspension tests displayed that after the therapy,the duratlon of inunobility in GT and SG groups deereased markediy in comparison with Pre-treatment of each group (P<0.01). ComPared with modle group,SG groups the expression level of leydig cell P450scc and30-HSD Protein inereased considerably.Conclusion:Shen-Can-Tong-Zhi Prescription may Prevent blood serum TT levels from decline,inerease P450scc and3β-HSD Protein activity,improve the depression state and myodynamia in PADAM rats,which is comparable to the effeets of testosterone ProPionate.
