Clinical Study On Treatment Of Spleen Arrhythmia With

Objective:To observe the TCM clinical efficacy, safety of BZT and impact of HR(Heart Rate)(include dECG average HR, dECG Max.HR,Min.HR, Total HR and CalmHR.Methods:40patients who conform to the diagnosis standard were divided into the experimental group and the comparable group. There were no significant difference in sexuality,age, the seriousness of the disease, etc, between the two groups (P>0.05), and the two groups are comparable. The two groups were temporarily stop using other ant-arrhythmic drug, and given BZT for treatment, Treatment time is a month. To observe the changes of Traditional Chinese medical(TCM) symptom scoring, dECG average HR, dECG Max.HR, dECG Min.HR, dECG total HR and Calm HR before and after the treatment. At the same time, to record the occurrence of adverse reactions, using statistical analysis to determine efficacy and safety of arrhythmia in two groups.Results:1. It’s therapeutic in both experimental group and comparable group in TCM symptom scoring, and the experimental group is better than the comparable group.(P<0.05)2. Every group is effective in Calm HR by conventional electrocardiogram, but there are no difference (P>0.05) between the two groups.3. Every group is effective in dECG average HR, dECG Max.HR, dECG Min.HR, dECG total HR measured by24hours dynamic electrocardiogram. The experimental group is better than the comparable group.(P<0.05) But there is no obvious difference.(P>0.05)4. The two groups were not occurred obvious adverse reaction events.Conclusion:1. BZT can obviously improve the symptom of patients with arrhythmia, such as heart palpitations, chest tightness etc.2. BZT can significantly improve the24hours dECG average HR, dECG Max.HR, dECG Min.HR for the patients with arrhythmia.3. It’s less adverse reaction to use BZT decoction to treat arrhythmia, and fully embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).In a word, it’s effective in treatment of arrhythmia and it is safe and no adverse reaction.
