| Objective: to understanding and clinical on hepatobiliary damp heat typechronic cholecystitis theory and practical skills, use of Dachaihu decoctioncombined with trithioanethole capsule and simple to use trithioanethol capsulefor the treatment of chronic cholecystitis were observed, in order to improveits effect, and provide a theoretical basisMaterials and methods: the60cases all were from Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine hospital (Liaoning Province Hospital oftraditional Chinese Medicine) the outpatient department and wards of Departmentof general surgery in201203to201403months for syndrome differentiationof hepatobiliary damp heat type chronic cholecystitis patients, divided intotreatment group30cases, control group30cases, control group conventionaloral trithioanethol capsule,1tablets each time, three times a day orally, plusthe necessary rest treatment. In the treatment group taking bile dimensionalbasis he capsule combined with Dachaihu decoction treatment, in order to evaluatethe major Bupleurum Decoction Combined with trithioanethole capsule for thetreatment and curative effect observation of hepatobiliary damp heat typechronic cholecystitis.Results:Evaluation results using grouping comparison, the total effective rateof treatment group was90%, total effective rate of the control group was73.3%,there was significant difference in two groups (p<<0.05). Application ofDachaihu Decoction he capsule in the treatment of hepatobiliary damp heat typechronic cholecystitis and biliary dimensional combination, results show betterthan the use of trithio capsule in the treatment of.Knot theory:Dachaihu decoction has the Shaoyang, Jieyu Qi, internal leakage pyrolysis role, through dialectical therapy based on the clinical symptoms andcan alleviate to some extent the hepatobiliary damp heat type chroniccholecystitis in the treatment, is proved to have better treatment effect,curative effect satisfaction.
