Clinical Observation Of Multi - Channel Treatment Of Edema Of Spleen - Kidney Qi Deficiency Type Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:The research is about many ways to treat Spleen and Kidney def iciency type leading to the edema of nephrotic syndrome and summarizes the best way to guide clinical work by detailed observation and analysis on ass ay index and clinical symptoms on patients.Method:The research contains 80 patients that belong to Spleen and Kidney deficiency type leading to the edema of nephrotic syndrome.40 of them usin g prednisone,ginkgo bilboa injection,promoting diuresis prescription and di sappearing edema prescription fumigating legs and feet marked group A.40 of them using prednisone,ginkgo bilboa injection and promoting diuresis presc ription marked group B. Observe one hospitalization period continuously and compare the data which are patients’ weight,24 hours urine,24 hours protein uria,Alb,the degree of edema in two shanks and relevant symptoms severity l evel about Spleen and Kidney deficiency type in the same group and with the other group.Using statistical software SPSS17.0 to process gained data and perform a clinical analysis and summary.Result:After the treatment,patients’ in Group A and B self-controlled stu dy has statistical significance(P<0.05)on weight,24 hours urine,24 hours proteinuria,Alb,the degree of edema and relevant symptoms severity level ab out Spleen and Kidney deficiency type.Patients’ in Group A and B compariso n between groups has statistical significance(P<0.05)on weight,the degree of edema in dropsy,tiredness,two shanks,back pain,stomach distension,lack of energy, and heaviness of limbs;There are no obvious statistical signifi cance(P>0.05)on 24 hours proteinuria,24 hours urine and Alb.Conclusion:1.Both of two methods that one is used prednisone,ginkgo bilboa injection,p romoting diuresis prescription the other is used prednisone,ginkgo bilboa i njection,promoting diuresis prescription,disappearing edema prescription f umigating legs and feet are effective on treating Spleen and Kidney deficie ncy type leading to the edema of nephrotic syndrome,such as reducing weight and 24 hours proteinuria increasing 24 hours urine and Alb,improving the degree of edema in two shanks and TCM syndromes.2.It has better effect on reducing weight,improving the degree of edema in two shanks, symptoms belongs to Spleen and Kidney deficiency type such asdr opsy,tiredness, back pain,stomach distension,lack of energy,and heaviness o f limbs with prednisone,ginkgo bilboa injection,promoting diuresis prescrip tion,disappearing edema prescription fumigating legs and feet.
