Observation On The Efficacy Of Eye Acupuncture In Treating 30 Patients With Simple Muscular Myasthenia Gravis

Purpose:Study of eye acupuncture treatment of 30 cases of myasthenia gravis patients, evaluation of curative effect of eye acupuncture in treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis.Material and method:1. The object of observation were the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor Tian Weizhu medical outpatient treatment ofpatients with simple ocular myasthenia gravis in 2013 02 to 2014 07 months,using the random number table method,30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,15 cases in each group.For the treatment group using eye acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group only with traditional Chinese medicine therapy.15 d is 1 period of treatment,observe and compare the therapeutic group and the control group in the 2 treatment.Observation contents for TCM syndrome score before and after treatment and the clinical absolute,relative score.2. The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,between the two groups were compared using group t test;four table x2 test with count data;measurement data are used to mean standard deviation(?x ± s)is expressed in the form of.Results:1. In western medicine foundation treatment, the two groups in the treatment of TCM symptom score were compared with those before treatment have significant differences(P < 0.05) and treatment group with Chinese medicine syndrome improve was significantly better than the control group.2.In western medicine foundation treatment, the two groups before and after treatment the clinical absolute scores were compared with those before treatment had significant differences(P < 0.05) and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group improve was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Eye acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction curative effect is better than pure buzhongyiqitang.2. Eye acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction therapy can effectively improve the ptosis, strabismus, diplopia and accompanying symptoms, to simple ocular myasthenia gravis certainly.3. Eye acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction therapy in improving on the eyelid muscle strength, reduce fatigue of upper eyelid and improve the horizontal eye movement effect is significant.
