| Purpose:To establish a Bama miniature pig animal model with spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm syndrome. And a evaluation method of Bama miniature pig with spleen deficiency and turbid phlegm syndrome.Material and method:13 male Guangxi Bama miniature pigs were randomly grouped two group, 8 of them are fed with high-heat diet as spleen deficiency phlegm group. The others were given basal feed as normal group. Bama miniature pigs in the spleen deficiency phlegm group were given 4 weeks alone high calorie diet, then they received a intervention about excessive running on the treadmill for 4 weeks at the same time(The first week is adaptive to run, in the 2-4 weeks is officially running). Experimental observation for 14 weeks, and Experimental observation of 16 weeks, and measuring physiological characteristic indexes, spleen deficiency syndrome indices.Results:The comparative value of Bama miniature pig in the spleen deficiency phlegm group and the normal group in body temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, body size. The average ear and rectal temperature,weight,abdominal circumference,wide of hip were higher than the normal group of 2.14℃, 1.29℃, 19.46 kg, 14.93 cm, 2.23 cm. And systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, respiration rate were lower of 8.49 mm Hg, 3.38 mm Hg, 21.91 times/min. Ear temperature, rectal temperature, respiration, body weight, body length, abdominal circumference, hip width showed a extremely significant difference(P<0.01), blood pressure,heart rate,body length had no statistical significance. In spleen deficiency syndrome characteristics index, spleen deficiency phlegm group were compared normal group with score of fecal property, time of fecal sliding, score of fecal sliding trace, score of fur,score of mouth color,distance of fecal sliding. The spleen deficiency phlegm group was higher than the normal group of 1.05 points, 40.80 s, 0.96 points, 0.37 points, 9.66 cm. And the score of fur is lower 0.21 points.Two groups of fur, mouth color had significant difference(P<0.05), the others showed extremely significant difference(P<0.01). In endurance sports trend, the second to the fourth week of officially running showed that run maximum speed, running time, the total running distance were a declining trend.Conclusion:1. It was successfully established the model of pleen deficiency phlegm in Guangxi Bama miniature pig with the methods of high calorie feeding combined with excessive running.2. The values of body temperature, body size, viscosity of faeces, waiting behavior for eating, fur, mouth color, anti fatigue ability were able to judge whether established the model of spleen deficiency phlegm successfully in Guangxi Bama miniature pig. |
