Study On The Internal Control Of County - Level Public Hospitals In China Under The Framework Of Comprehensive Risk Management

With the development of the socialist market economy and the new medical reform in our country, public hospitals at the county has obvious disadvantage of geographical location, the radiation range, expertise, attract talents, medical equipment upgrade.As public hospitals offer the most medical service for the majority of citizens in our country, national policy support is rising. At the same time,hospitals at the county level has more opportunities to improve.This article is mainly talking about the county level public hospital development, which is bottlenecks caused by internal control.The article combined with the case of Y hospital in Hubei province and comprehensive risk management framework based on the theory of internal control, professor porter’s theory of corporate strategy, and the central enterprise comprehensive risk management guidelines in our country. As the theoretical assumptions, based on the public hospitals at the county level in risk management and internal control present situation analysis,I will do my best to pointed out the problems that public hospitals at the county level within the framework of risk management of internal control.This article will improve competitiveness of public hospitals at the county level in the medical market.
