Objective: In this study, the use of preoperative injection Safflower yellow(SY) as the experimental group and 30 cases were set up. Also set the 30 cases in the control group given the same dose of saline preoperatively. Coagulation and liver function parameters in the two groups were observed and recorded the day of admission, the day of surgery and on the first day, the fourth day and the seventh day after surgery. Research groups index change analysis, provide the basis for the clinical application of injection Safflower Yellow.Method: This study selected June 1, 2013 to June 1, 2014 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement surgery total of 60 cases(both mechanical valve) in the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital Cardiovascular Surgery.According to the order of admission, using a random number table method to the patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Two groups of patients after admission and relevant examination, the experimental group received intravenous infusion therapy safflower yellow(100mg was dissolved in 250 ml physiological saline, once a day), Until the surgery. The same control group received the same dose of saline used to preoperatively. Preoperatively in both groups at the same doses of diuretics, cardiac drugs and other anti-heart failure therapy. Observed in the experimental group and a control group of liver function and coagulation changes the day of surgery and the first day, the fourth day and the seventh day after postoperative. Results:Complete the relevant checks after admission, the two groups of patients with similar background factors were analyzed, the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);Liver function of test and control groups of the day, liver function Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(P <0.05), statistically significant, other tests showed no significant difference(P> 0.05)in the preoperativewere. After the first day, the fourth day and the seventh day, the liver two groups showed no significant difference(P> 0.05); were observed at the same time the coagulation indicators were compared, no significant difference in coagulation two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative use of safflower yellow injection valve replacement surgery for patients can reduce the day of surgery in patients with liver enzyme Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) index, to ease liver dysfunction, with no significant effect on postoperative about liver function and coagulant function.
