Investigation On The Clinical Status Of Patients With Hypertensive Renal Impairment And The Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Study hypertensive renal damage in patients with clinical status, physical characteristics and distribution, provide the basis for prevention and treatment of hypertensive renal impairment, and provide reference for indivi dualized therapy of traditional Chinese medicine of hypertensive renal impair ment.Material and method:By collecting the liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital urology department data of 91 patients with hypertensive renal damage,high blood pressure and clinical index were inves tigated, and the patients,TCM constitution questionnaire investigation,and to study the clinical features of patients with hypertensive renal impairment, medical condition and physical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.The study included 91 patients, 55 cases of men, 36 cases of women, male to female ratio is 1.53:1, mean age 64.95 ±12.91 years old, in the majority with 60-79 years old.2.Blood pressure with grade 3 hypertension accounted for the majority, 82.42%; hypertension appear kidney damage time interval to 11-20 years mostly, accounted for 30.77%; cardiovascular damage 52.75%, cerebral vascular lesions 29.67%; the presence of heart, brain, eye more than two kinds of target organ damage(69.45%);with risk factors of hyperlipidemia in majority, accounting for 51.65%.3.The application of antihypertensive drug treatment, 83 cases(91.21%), 8 cases(8.79%), the application of antihypertensive drug treatment has, blood pressure overall success rate of 63.74%; Application of blood pressure blood pressure Da Biao Zhe 56 cases(67.47%), not Da Biao Zhe 27 cases(32.53%); Most for more than 2 kinds of antihypertensive drug combination therapy.
