[Objective]: Through exercise fatigue rat model of rat hippocampal cells from apoptosis, and the angle of bcl-2, bax protein expression levels to study Bazhen psoralen plus cinnamon soup sports fatigue protection the role and the specific mechanisms.[Methods]: The 45 male SD rats weighing(185 ± 10) grams, according to the experimental requirements rats divided into three groups: a control group(N = 15), model group(N = 15), medicine plus exercise group(N = 15).Remove the control group received no training, the other two groups according to plan seven weeks progressively increase the load of treadmill training, in order to establish a model of chronic exercise-induced fatigue. The control group did not take any of exercise training, normal feeding; model group within half an hour after the end of each day of training, the saline placebo orally once; within half an hour after the end of traditional Chinese medicine and exercise training group, fed a compound Chinese medicine eight Jane psoralen plus cinnamon soup.[Results]:(1) Rat hippocampal tissue serotonin, dopamine content in comparison: Compared with the control group, the content model of hippocampal tissue 5-HT significantly increased, and the content of DA decreased significantly(P <0.05); compared with the model group, the content of the medicine plus exercise group 5-HT in rat hippocampus was significantly decreased, while the content of DA significantly increased(P <0.05).(2) compared the cell apoptosis in hippocampus of rats: compared with the control group, the apoptosis rate of hippocampus obviously increased in model group rats(P<0.05), with significant difference; compared with the model group, Chinese medicine and significantly reduce the rate of apoptosis in hippocampus of rats in the exercise group(P<0.05), with significant difference.(3) Comparison of rat hippocampal cells bcl-2 protein expression: Compared with the control group, the group of cells in the hippocampus of rats bcl-2 protein levels were significantly decreased(P <0.05); compared with the model group, plus exercise group rat hippocampal cells bcl-2 protein expression was significantly increased(P <0.05).(4) Comparison of bax protein expression in rat hippocampal cells: Compared with the control group, the group of cells in the hippocampus of rats bax protein expression levels were significantly increased(P <0.05); compared with the model group, plus exercise group bax protein expression levels were significantly decreased in the hippocampal cells(P <0.05).[Conclusion]:(1) Bazhen psoralen plus cinnamon soup by modulating central neurotransmitter dopamine indicators, serotonin, to delay the occurrence of exercise-induced central fatigue.(2) Bazhen psoralen plus cinnamon soup to some extent inhibited apoptosis in rat hippocampal tissue motion fatigue within the central nervous system cells play a protective role.(3) Bazhen psoralen plus cinnamon soup can by regulating the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein, inhibition of apoptosis, the central nervous system cells play a protective role, to a certain extent, delaying the movement of central fatigue occur.
