| Objective:To study the application effect of video health education on functional exercises compliance and satisfaction of patients with knee arthroplasty, and the accuracy and effectiveness of functional exercises through video health education.Methods:90 patients with knee arthroplasty in my section was selected from January 2014 to June2014, They were divided into 2 groups. The health education of experimental group was conducted through videos at ten o’clock and sixteen o’clock everyday. The observed patients was conducted through health education.with functional exercises through VAS satisfaction questionnaire and relevant indicators to analyze the compliance and satisfaction of patients with knee arthroplasty. The control group was conducted normal health education in the morning and afternoon everyday. The patients were compared by compliance, satisfaction of patients and The uracy and effectiveness of functional exercises.Results:The compliance and satisfaction of patients with knee replacement surgery in experimental group was higher than that of patients in control group. The difference between two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The uracy and effectiveness of functional exercises of experimental group was higher than that of control group. The difference between two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The the restoration of patients’ health of experimental group was higher than that of control group. The difference between two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video health education was much easier to be accepted and understood by patients with knee replacement surgery, not only enhanced the efficiency of the nursing staff, but also increased the compliance and satisfaction of patients to functional exercises. It is helpful to the restoration of patients’ health.
