| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of acute heart failure, and provide method and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute heart failure.Methods:Using single center, randomized, controlled method, according to the method of random number table to collect at our hospital (chengdu university of TCM hospital) in a total of 55 cases with into standard, were randomly divided into control group (26 cases) and treatment group (29 cases). Control group using the standard method in western medicine therapy (reference to the Chinese guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute heart failure in the Chinese medical association cardiovascular 2010), on the basis of control group, treatment group with The heart failure decoction (Flavored chai mu si wu decoction),50 ml of oral or nasal feeding q6h, course of treatment for 14 days. To record before and after treatment of brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), troponin T (Tro-T) measurements,vasoactive drugs’s dosage, echocardiographic LVEF(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction) (%),LVEDD (Left Ventricular end-diastolic diameter) as a result, and follow up the number of heart failure recurrence patients with 28 days, the incidences of cardiovascular events, and comparing two groups of within 60 days in hospital mortality, to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute heart failureResults:(1) Two groups of patients with plasma NT-proBNP value comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) Two groups of patients with serum troponin T measured values comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Two groups before and after the treatment of vasoactive drugs’s dosage compared differences statistically significant (P<0.05);(4) In the two groups before and after treatment in patients with echocardiography measurement value of left heart ejection fraction LVEF (%) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVEDD, results do not show any statistically significant difference (P> 0.05);(5)Follow up for 28 days two groups of patients with heart failure, the frequency of Hea rt failure attacks do not show statistically significant difference (P< 0.05);(6) Two groups of patients within 60 days in hospital mortality, the treatment group is better than that of control group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05);(6) Safety analysis:two groups of cases during the period of treatment are associated with drug treatment does not appear harmful response.Conclusion:For the treatment of acute heart failure, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment. Scheme of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute heart failure is a exactly curative effect solution.
