Design And Synthesis Of N - Aryl - 2 - [4 - [(imidazo [1,2 - A] Pyridin - 2 - Yl) Methyl] Piperazin - 1 - Yl] Acetamide Antipyretic Compounds | Posted on:2009-04-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:W Y Kong | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2134360245450702 | Subject:Medicinal chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In this paper,the mechanisms of action of antianginal agents were introduced briefly,the progress of them was reviewed in detail,and we focused largely on the desig-n and synthesis of 2-[4-[(H-imidazo[1,2-α]pyridin-2-yl)methyl]piperazin-1-yl]-N-arylacetamides.According to the literatures,taking ranolazine as lead compound,imidazo[1,2-α]pyridine was introduced into 4-methyl on the piperazine scaffold,and a various of new 2-[4-[(H-imidazo[1,2-α]pyridin-2-yl)methyl]piperazin-1-yl]-N-arylacetamide derivatives were designed by introducing different substitutents into anilines.Starting from 2-aminopyridine,the target compounds were synthesized through five steps of reactions including cyclization,substitution, etc.20 compounds which had not been reported in literatures were designed and synthesized and the structures of the target compounds were comfirmed by MS and ~1H-NMR.The pharmacological evaluation of these target compounds is undergoing.
