Objective:By observing Qing jin chang fei drink of COPD heat Yu Lung rat model of serum IL-6, TNF-a effects to explore the possible mechanisms of Qing jin chang fei drink.Methods:40 Wistar rats will be divided into:10 rats in blank control group, and the remaining 30 models were randomly divided into model group, Qing jin chang fei drink group, roxithromycin control group. This groups of four were imposed different treatment. Except the blank control group, the remaining leaves are used in each group, add sulfur smoke smoked nasal and drip pneumococcus bacterium Ways to copy the COPD sputum heat Yu Lung rat model. Observe the influence that Qing jin chang fei drink to COPD sputum heat Yu Lung rat model of lung function, pathological form, lung collagen fibers (Masson stain), serum IL-6, TNF-a levels in COPD sputum heat Yu Lung rat model of lung tissues and so on.Results:1. Qing jin chang fei drink can make the COPD sputum heat Yu Lung rat model of general condition, pulmonary function and lung tissue pathologic lesions improved,reduce the lung tissue content of collagen fibers, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05 or P <0.01), better than or equivalent to roxithromycin group.2. Qing jin chang fei drink can reduce COPD sputum heat Yu Lung rat model of serum IL-6, TNF-a contents. Compared with the model group,it has statistically significant difference (P <0.01), superior to roxithromycin group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Qing jin chang fei drink of COPD airway inflammation in rats with a certain impact, its mechanism may be related to reduce the airway inflammation, reduce inflammatory cytokines, reducing fibroblast proliferation and collagen production, and thus interfere with or delay the emergence of gas road remodeling.
