Scientific and rational fertilization is the necessary requirement of improving plant yield and quality, protecting the ecological environment and realizing the sustainable development of agriculture. It is a major breakthrough of recognizing the theory of foliar nutrient absorption to spray foliar fertilizer. The traditional way of soil fertilization have broken by foliar fertilizer, which is a direct and efficient support measures and have become an important agricultural technology of fertilization. In order to provide a theoretical basis of applying foliar fertilizer rationally and improving the yield and quality of oilseed rape and pakchoi, the field and pot experiments were hold with the condition of different concentrations of Nutrivant to finding the effects of the change of yield and quality of oilseed rape and pakchoi and the nutrients content of plants and soil. The results were as follows:1. The yield, weight per 1000 seeds, fecundity, the absorption of nutrients by rape, the content of nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) in rapeseed nutshell, the content of P, K and oil of rapeseed all increased and the content of glucosinolate decreased by spraying Nutrivant foliar fertilizer at the concentration of 2.0% in field. The effects of spraying foliar fertilizer in budding and flowering were better than only in budding. Compared with the control, the content of P in rapeseed increased 13.21% to spraying foliar fertilizer in budding and flowering. The contents of K, protein, glucosinolate and oil of rapeseed had no difference significantly. The reasults showed that it was better to spraying foliar fertilizer more times. Considering the cost factors in the practice, it was suggested to use the Nutrivant foliar fertilizer of 2.0% concentration in 2 to 3 times.2. The weight per 1000 seeds, effective silique, yield per plant, the content of nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) in leaves and rapeseed nutshell of double low oilseed rape and conventional oilseed rape increased by spraying foliar fertilizer of different concentration in pot. The effects of spraying foliar fertilizer were better than the control and the treatment of 1.0% concentration was the best, the second of 0.5%, less effective of 2.0%, and it was no difference significantly in the treatment of 1.0% and 0.5%. The contents of available N and available K decreased after planting oilseed rape, while available P increased by spraying suitable foliar fertilizer of 0.5% and 1.0% concentration. It was benefit of spraying foliar fertilizer of 1.0% to increase the content and accumulation of K and decrease the content of glucosinolate in two varieties of rapeseed. Compared with the control, the content and accumulation of K increased respective by 10.96%,7.81% and 8.82%,6.59% and the content of glucosinolate decreased by 12.59%,14.03%, reached significant level (p<0.05). However, the content of P and protein in rapeseed changed no significantly by spraying foliar fertilizer. The concentration of foliar fertilizer was too high or too low, which would affect the absorption of nutrients by leaves and the yield and quality of rapeseed. This study showed that spraying Nutrivant foliar fertilizer at the concentration of 1.0% was appropriate on different rape varieties.3. The trend of the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in the leaf of pakchoi, as well as length of leaf, yield per plant was the same:with the elevation of concentration of foliar fertilizer, the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in the leaf of pakchoi, as well as length of leaf, yield per plant improved with the treatment of base fertilizer of not applied (CK) and less facilities (1/2N) and at the spraying of 1.0% the maximum. Compared with the control, the length of leaf and yield per plant increased respective by 5.81%,5.36% and 8.88%,11.69% at the spraying of 1.0%. With the elevation of concentration of foliar fertilizer, the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in the leaf of pakchoi, as well as length of leaf, yield per plant increased fristly and then reduced with the treatment of base fertilizers of N,1/2NPK and NPK and at the spraying of 0.5% the maximum. Compared with control, the length of leaf and yield per plant increased respective by 4.09%,5.01%,6.36% and 26.76%,8.95%,12.38% at the spraying of 0.5%. The contents of Vc, soluble sugar, chlorophyll improved and the NO3-N decreased by spraying foliar fertilizer with the treatment of different base fertilizers. The effects of spraying foliar fertilizer were good at the high concentration (1.0%) with the treatment of base fertilizer of less facilities (CK,1/2N, N) and appropriate concentration (0.5%) with the treatment of base fertilizer of more facilities (1/2NPK, NPK). This trend were roughly the same as the change of contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in the leaf of pakchoi, length of leaf and yield per plant. The content of soluble sugar was raised by spraying foliar fertilizer at low concentration with the treatment of different base fertilizers.Spraying Nutrivant foliar fertilizer can improve the nutrient supplied and increase yield and quality. The best concentration of spraying foliar fertilizer is inconsistent with different levels of base fertilizer. Spraying foliar fertilizer of high concentration is appropriate with less applied of base fertilizer. The effect is also good to spray foliar fertilizer with more applied of base fertilizer. It is better to spray foliar fertilizer with suitable concentration because high concentration is not only invalid and the cost increased, but also caused environmental pollution. In a word, spraying foliar fertilizer with different concentration on different levels of soil fertilization is an important means to improve the efficiency of fertilization.
