| In this study, two recombinant inbred lines(RILs) Minghui63/B5 and Minghui63/Zhongguoxiangdao were selected as plant material,a total 72 restorer lines were selected by molecular marker-assisted selection from these two RILs.of these,57 restorer lines with fertility restorer(Rf4)and Bt.Xa21.fgr genes from Zhongguoxiangdao/ Mhui 63 RILs.15 restorer lines with planthopper resistance (Bphl4/Bphl5) and fertility restorer (Rf4) genes from B5/Mhui 63 RILs, NCII experiment derived from crossing between 72 restorer lines and 4 wild-abortive type cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS-WA) lines was conducted to analyze combining ability. Recombination inbred line derived from Minghui 63 and Zhongguoxiangdao, was used to construct a genetic map.The map was construct by 149 SSR markers,which were Polymorphism between Minghui63 and ZhongguoxiaodaoAnalysis of combining ability on 52 restorer lines indicated that the general combining ability of 10 agronomic traits. Different characters in different restorer lines have demonstrated the advantages.The restorer lines with top 5 GCA of yield per plant traits in combining ability analisis were:Q20.Q22.Q61.Q75 and Q76.The result came from the general combining ability analysis with the RILs Minghui63/Zhongguoxiangdao.The restorer lines with top 5 GCA of yield per plant traits in combining ability analisis were:MB008.MB047.MB067.MB068 and MB130.The result came from the general combining ability analysis with the RILs Minghui63/B5.Identified quantitative trait loci (QTL) using RILs with the general combining ability of 10 agronomic traits The number QTLs varied according to the different traits,a total of 30 QTLs were detected for 10 traitsSome superior heterosis combinations have been selected preliminary through combining ability analysis and test crosses.
