Apostichopus japonicus ,belong to Echinodermata,Eleutherozoa,Holothuroidea,Aspidochirota,Stichopodidae,Apostichopus. The Apostichopus japonicus mainly distributes in the north latitude 35°to 44°at the northwest coast of the Pacific Ocean, north from Haishenwai,Russia;south to Lianyungang,Jiangsu。There is the distribution amang The Sea of Japan, the Korean Peninsula and the Huanghai sea, the Bohai Sea .There is highly nutritional and economic value of the Apostichopus japonicus . With the rapid development of our National economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand of Apostichopus japonicus has been increased in recent years.But the marine environment has been destroyed by the excessive catch and the cultivation,cause the deterioration of the marine environment。This will conversely infect the commercial cultivation of the Apostichopus japonicus.Therefore, the cultivation of the Apostichopus japonicus and the mechanism of the disease-resistant are being studied by various countries .Because of the strong ability of organ regeneration and repair and the very important role in the organic evolution,so there is highly scientific value in the researching of regeneration mechanism of Apostichopus japonicus.and also a great significance on the cell differentiation,the proliferation,and the complete mechanism of the organization repair.The serine proteinase is belong to a proteinase family, its function is to break the macro-molecule protein peptide bond- making a small molecule protein. The changes of the amino acid residue of active center can active this proteinase. The trypsin is an important member in the serine proteinase family. The trypsin not only have relationship whit the digestion function, but also with the hematolysis enzyme which control the higher biology's blood coagulation and the plasmin which infect the inflammation response .In some species, it also participates in the regeneration of the organization and the repair of the body. RT-PCR primer sequences of trypsin-like serine protease gene were designed according to the full length trypsin-like serine protease gene, which were used for semi-quantitative RT-PCR of differdnt samples in developmental parts. The rusults showed that the trypsin-like serine protease gene expresses in all samples,and there is the highest quantitie in the intestines.
