With reforming and opening up, china's economy develops rapidly and various construction projects flourish, scales and investments are growing rapidly, in the process of construction and production, lots of surface and vegetation were disturbed and destroyed, as a result, soil erosion and water loss was serious. Wind engineering, as a new construction form, whose law of soil erosion and water loss has not been reported, prevention measures also lack effective theory basis.Therefore, researching law and prevention technology of soil erosion and water loss of wind engineering has vital significance, especially preventing soil erosion and water loss in the process of construction effectively, utilizing and protecting water and soil resources reasonably, improving ecological environment, realizing economic and environmental development continually.In this study, we take DaFu mountain wind engineering of KangPing county for example, analysis characteristics of soil erosion and water loss during the process of wind and power construction, research the law of soil erosion and water loss and influence on water and soil resources, allocate effective water and soil conservation measures according to above mentioned contents, provide technological support for prevented technology of soil erosion and water loss of wind engineering.Through the combining method between collecting information from the relevant departments and on-site survey, to obtain natural geography characters, engineering properties, construction disturbance characteristics and construction craft, and then do soil and water conservation divisions. Through investigation, to statistic project area and capacity of abandoned soil, to analysis factors which could cause soil erosion and water loss, to lay foundations for partition measures layout reasonably, to do analysis to soil erosion and water loss of different functional zones, and layout field meteorological observatory, adopt erosion gully measuring method, monitor different soil erosion and water loss factors of different functional zones, get soil erosion and water loss process and erosion capacity of wind engineering, using analysis and model prediction etc, through comparisons with forecasting results of existing models, to select proper forecasting model of soil erosion and water loss, to provide the prediction basis for similar soil erosion and water loss projects.According to principles of right measures to local conditions and fortification to harm, to set engineering, biology, temporary measures in every functional zone, and form prevention and control system to soil erosion and water loss.To investigate and monitor regularly preservation conditions of engineering measures, survival rates, saving rates and growth situation of biological measures in every functional zone, through comparisons with no measures area, to analysis benefit of soil and water conservation, and evaluate soil erosion and water loss impact index of projects.Through the above methods, we reach a conclusion:the characteristics of soil erosion and water loss of this project have both plaque-forming and linear engineering features. Road engineering and generator regions in wind power station which are destroyed frequently are main prevention areas.The time of the larger erosion is month 5 to 9 each year, during the interval, runoff which takes place by big rainfall come together in the surface of mat, produce soil erosion and water loss easily, and the capacity of soil erosion and water loss is relevant with slope length, the longer the length is, the more serious the erosion is. In the five types of surface disturbance, soil erosion intensity of high soil property is the biggest, platform erosion intensity is the lowest, and soil erosion intensity of excavation face is intermediate. Through comparison between predicted and measured data of slope and coverage formula model, we can get that sometimes we can use these empirical formulas to predict soil erosion modulus of wind engineering.Through anglicizing controlling rate of soil disturbance, management level of soil erosion and water loss and so on, evaluating effects index of soil erosion and water loss, the layout and effects of soil and water conservation of the project will not produce serious ecological disaster to project district and its surrounding districts.
