| 1 Effects of HuaBang probiotic on the growth performance of piglets108 weaned piglets(Large White×Duroc) were randomly assigned to four feeding groups. The control group was fed basal diet, high-dose group was fed basic diet with 2.5g/kg probiotic, middle-dose group was fed basic diet supplemented with 2.0g/kg probiotic and low-dose group was fed basic diet added with 1.2g/kg probiotic. The experiment lasted 28 days. During this period, recording average daily weight gain, calculating feed conversion rate and diarrhea ration of all piglets. Results:Adding middle-dose probiotic to the diet can increase average daily gain (P<0.05), reduce feed-meat ratio (P<0.01), and reduce diarrhea ration(P<0.05); high-dose group and low-dose group showed significantly better weight gain and feed conversion ratio compared to the control group. High-dose group,middle-dose group, and low-dose group can reduce the diarrhea ration of the piglets 4.67%,5.86% and 3.85%, the middle-dose group showed significantly differences (P<0.05) compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The performance of piglets had been significantly improved by adding a certain amount of probiotic to weaned piglets.2 Effects of HuaBang probiotic on the blood biochemical indices of pigletsAfter the experiment, blood samples were taken from four groups test for determining ALT,AST,AKP,Amylase activity in serum and the level of serum urea nitrogen. Results:The middle-dose group (2.0g/kg) was the optimal group which can significantly decrease the activity of ALT and AST, increase the activity of AKP and a-Amylase, decrease the level of serum urea nitrogen. And the effect of the high-dose group was better than the blank control group, less than middle-dose group. Conclusion:The results of this experiment showed that supplementation of probiotic to weaned piglet diets during the experiment period significant affected the blood biochemical indices:ALT,AST,AKP,α-Amylase and serum urea nitrogen of piglets.3 Effects of HuaBang probiotic on immune organ indexes of piglets. After the experiment, blood samples were taken from four groups test for determining the content of serum immunoglobulin of IgA,IgM,IgG and the antibody level of Classical Swine Feve. Results:The content of serum immunoglobulin of IgA,IgM,IgG and the antibody level of Classical Swine Feve in the groups with supplemented with probiotic bacteria were higher than control group. And the level of IgM,IgG and Classical Swine Feve antibody showed significantly differences (P<0.05) between the high-dose group and middle-dose group. Conclusion:The results of this experiment showed that supplementation of probiotic to the basic diet improved the level of immunity and antibody. |
