So far,the cattle industry is suffered the effect offinancial crisis in China,and is the period oflow ebbBut the newest statistic ofthe Chinese Animal Husbandry Association show-that the 16 683 million amountof bovines were on hand and 8 035 million the bovines of number market 1n China on the first half 2009But it still was list top position in the world The blood which bovines are slaughtered is near million tons,The resource of bovine blood is utilized very less and monotonically,But a small part is processed feedadditive and biological preparation Most was treated as waste to abandon It does not only pollute theenvironment but also waste the precious resource The resource of bovine blood is up to 50%at theutilization ratio in Japanese,which is one of the developed country and next to China Then some reagentdrugs and feed additive is developed thereThe antimicrobial peptides of bovine blood were purified by the ion exchange charomatography andRP—HPLC in the experiment;then to explore the conditions of purification The antibacterial activity ofantimicrobial peptides was identified by the experiment of agar diffusion The molecular weight ofantimicrobial peptides was test by MS 1L fresh bovine blood was hangled to get the red cell crudantimicrobial peptides and white cell crud antimicrobial peptides The weight was 76 37g and 1 1 2g 30mLred cell crud antimicrobial peptides were purified by the ion exchange charomatography to the powderpurification 7 82g A antibacterial activity purified peak was found by the RP—HPLC and simple experimentof agar diffusion It laied a foundation for that the purified sample was checked the molecular weight andstructure The experiment proved that,there were many antibacterial activity antimicrobial peptidesThe method of swelling is adopted by the experiment,which is used to separated the red and whiteblood cells crude antibiotic peptide from bovine blood The red blood cell crude antibiotic peptides were purified by ion exchange charomatography of isocratic elution The experiment result of antibacterialactivity proved that the polypeptide had the inhibition to gram—positNe bacteria and gram—negatNe bacteriaAnd had some effect of broad—spec~um bacteria resistance It provided evidence for developing furthermore the antimicrobial peptide The antimicrobial peptides were developed more by the research about thebovine blood antimicrobial peptide,It laied a foundation for theoretical research and the veterinary drug ofpractical application...
