The Changsha city is also face with the crisis of the environment deterioration behind the rapid development of economy after breathing the wind of reform and opening-up. However, it is very important for Changsha city to speed up the steps of urban forest building, ensure the urban forest building going with a swing, provide the economic development with plenty nutrient especially in these days of environment polluted. Whereas, making the existing problems in the system of Changsha urban forest and the integral skeleton sure can be very significant for Changsha city's urban forest building.Based on the natured condition, plant resources and distribution something like those that related to the urban forest ecology system of Changsha city, we reconstruct the Changsha urban forest ecosystem with the method of system diagnostics model construction in the system projection to carry out the system partition and then categorize the complex problems after delaminating the system elements. Based on the result from the second part we offer a few rational ideas and strategies for the urban building in Changsha city.
