Global elimate warming is one of the serious environmental problems, especially the activities of destroying forests immoderately, burning biofoels and fossil fuels, altering manners of using the soil and draining the swamp. Forest is the princial part of the land ecosystem which does not only have the important action for maintenance of the area entironment, but also is one of important conditioners of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.So it is very important to study the forest carbon sequestration.From the previous study of forest carbon sequestration, the majority based on a large-scale study, And on sublot, based on the survey data of forest resources for the calculation of carbon sequestration is very rare in the study period. In this paper, from the forest resource management and development of carbon sequestration transaction needs,make use of the survey data of forest resources in Guangzhou to calculate the carbon sequestration and the value of carbon on sublot,and study the method of computer management, Draw the following conclusions:(1) In this paper, from different parts of Guangzhou stands, like eucalyptus, masson pine, chinese fir, broadleaved mixed forest, coniferous mixed forest,mixed wood and so on. Based on the data of forest resources survey, use biomass inventory method and biomass expansion method to calculate the carbon sequestration and the value of carbon on 70 sublot of 7 different stands. The results show that the method is Simple and practical,the result of biomass expansion method is generally lower than the biomass inventory method,maybe the reeason is the biomass expansion method lack of the consider to below-ground biomass.(2) Based on the stand, In this study think that the artificial pure forest in a operating cycle the stand density and the site index unchanged,the changes of average DBH and average height have relation to average age's change. Use spss 13.0 fitting the data of sublot, determining equations,and calculate the change of stand volume and stand carbon sequestration. For this method,according to different area and density of sublot, coupled with the dynamics of soil carbon sequestration, dynamic sequestrations of different sublot can be predicted.(3) Based on the data of sublot 9, Chinese fir stand density is 2418/hm2,use the equation to calculate the volume every hectare in 10,15,20years of stand average age. The result is 131.45m3,192.74m3,249.37m3, carbon sequestration is 39.57t,58.02 t,75.07t。It is clear that the carbon sequestration of 10th~15th year stand is more than 15th~20thyear's.(4)) Based on the data of sublot 65, masson pine stand density is 1766/h m2,use the equation to calculate the volume every hectare in 10,15,20years of stand average age. The result is28.72m3,61.17m3,122.67m3, carbon sequestrat ion is 10.95t,23.32t,46.77t。It is clear that the carbon sequestration of 10th~1 5th year stand is less than 15th~20thyear's.(5))Based on the data of sublot 40, eucalyptus stand density is 1956/hm2,use the equation to calculate the volume every hectare in 5,8,11years of stand average age. The result is57.90m3,113.07m3,164.72m3, carbon sequestration is 32.28t,63.03t, 91.82t。It is clear that the carbon sequestration of 5th~8thyear stand is more than8th~11thyear's.(6) Put forward the concept of the sublot carbon sequestration and it's value achieve computer information management, Put forward the idea of overall objective, the characteristics of the general requirements, functional aspects and so on. After the stand carbon sequestration achieve computer information management,the data of carbon sequestration and other survey data of forest resources integrated together,In favor of information and data query.It should be noted that, the study and application of stand carbon sequestration is complicated.How to calculate the carbon sequestration of different area and tree species, and carbon sequestration computer information management process in practice there is still a lack of which has yet to be studied further.
