| Endophtic bacteria reside within the inner parts of plant hosts without causing disease symptoms and can be isolated from surface-disinfested plants or extracted from internal plangt tissue.Various reports indicated that endophytic bacteria exist in a variety of tissue types within a broad range of plants. Many isolates showed beneficial effects on their hosts and may play an important role in the phsiology of the plant. But very litlle is known about microoganisms associated with the Bougainvillea plant, and specifically, about coffee endophytes. For this paper, we isolated and selected excellent strains of endophytic bacteria, investigated the diversity and studied the resistance and growth-promoting of them. The specific results are as follows:1 We found the best way to get endophytic bacteria of Bougainvillea by isolating many times.2 We isolated the endophytic bacteria in vorious Bougainvillea tissues in March, June, September and December and analyzed the results using shannon-wiener diversity index(H), abundance(D), evenness(J) and CFU. We found that the species were various in June and September, and the CFU index that in the root was more than that in the stem and leaf.3 We got 11 isolates from Bougainvillea. BS11 was Found effective for Valsa sordida suppression which recorded over 70%. And the strains also have good inhibitory effect to Fusarium oxysporum, Botryosphaeria dothidea, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Phytophthora capsiciLeon and so on.4 BS11 was identified using a multiphasic approach. According to the results of the researching on morphology, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical propertices, 16SrDNA sequence and molecular phylogenetic tree, BS11 was identified as Burkholderia.5 Use different concentrations of BS11 strains fermented to dispose the cuttingwood of the Bougainvillea, take warter as CK.The results showed that: 10×dilution have growth promoting effect compared with the water control.
