The experiment was designed to study the effect of dietary diffent LA supplement levels on production performance, immune function, blood biochemical parameters, composition of fatty acids in liver and muscle, meat quality and the express of ACC and CPT-1 mRNA in meat rabbit from weaning to 3month. It consists two stages: weaning- 2 months old and 2- 3 months old. The result showed as follows: Two hundreds weaning meat rabbits with no difference in weight were selected as randomized experiment of single factor into five treatments with forty replicates. Treatments were control which was fed the basal diet and other treatments were basal diet supplemented with 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2%, respectively. Trial period was 30 d, including 7 d of pre-experience. Among different supplement levels of CL, ADL, F/G and dressing percentage was not changed significantly (P=0.9158, 0.5747, 0.9252, 0.5714); The concentration of TG, HDL and VLDL was not changed significantly (P=0.5998,0.5717,0.6603), but the concentration of TC was changed significantly(P=0.0258), and the group of adding 0.9% and 1.2% was significantly deceased than that of control and adding 0.6% (P<0.05); The concentration of LDL was changed very significantly (P=0.0006), and the group of adding 0.9% and 1.2% was very significantly deceased than that of control and adding 0.6% (P<0.01); The immune organs of liver and spleen and IgG,IgA,IgM were not changed significantly (P>0.05); SFA in liver was not changed significantly, but SFA in longissmus muscle was changed significantly (P=0.0114), and the group of adding 0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9% was significantly deceased than that of control (P<0.05); MUFA in liver and muscle of the group of supplement groups was decreased significantly than that of control (P<0.05), and PUFA in liver and muscle of the group of supplement groups was increased very significantly than that of control (P<0.01); The express of ACC in liver was not changed significantly (P=0.7433), but the express of CPT-â… mRNA was changed significantly (P=0.0034), and the group of adding 0.6% and 0.9% was increased very significantly than that of control (P<0.01). It was concluded that: the performance and immune function in weaning- 2 months meat rabbit were not changed significantly, and lipid metabolism and the composition of fatty acids in liver and muscle were changed significantly specially. One hundred and fifty 60 d meat rabbits with no difference in weight were selected as randomized experiment of single factor into five treatments with thirty replicates. Treatments were control which was fed the basal diet and other treatments were basal diet supplemented with 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2%, respectively. Trial period was 30 d, including 7 d of pre-experience. Among different supplement levels of ADL, ADG, F/G and dressing percentage was not changed significantly (P=0.2667, 0.1019, 0.1495, 0.8260); The concentration of TG, TC and LDL was not changed significantly (P=0.9519,0.9045,0.5506), but the concentration of HDL was changed significantly (P=0.0062), and the group of adding 0.9% and 0.6% was very significantly increased than that of control and adding 0.6% (P<0.01); IgA was changed significantly (P=0.0073), and the group of adding 0.6% and 1.2% was very significantly increased than that of control (P<0.01), but IgG and IgM were not changed significantly (P=0.6531, 0.6895); pH, pH (24 h), drip loss, shear force, L and a* was not changed significantly (P=0.3184, 0.1029, 0.6052, 0.5973, 0.0651, 0.0713), but b* was changed significantly (P=0.0064), and the groups of adding0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2% were very significantly increased than that of control(P<0.01); SFA in liver was not changed significantly(P=0.1313), but SFA in longissmus muscle was changed greatly significantly (P<.0.0001), and the groups of adding 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2% were very significantly deceased than that of control and adding 0.3% (P<0.01); MUFA in liver and muscle of the group of supplement groups was decreased very significantly than that of control (P<0.01), and PUFA in liver and muscle of the group of supplement groups was increased very significantly than that of control (P<0.01); The express of ACC in liver was not changed significantly (P=0.3689), but the express of CPT-â… mRNA was changed very significantly (P=0.0014), and the group of adding 1.2% was increased very significantly than that of control, adding 0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9% (P<0.01). It was concluded that: the performance in 2-3 months meat rabbit were not changed significantly, and meat quality, the composition of fatty acids in liver and muscle and lipid metabolism were changed significantly specially.
