As people's living standards increasing, the demand for aquatic products and other protein substances increase, The requirements for high-quality marine fish such as flounder, cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther and other fish increased year after year especially in recent years, the available water resources declined due to environmental pollution and pollution problems caused by aquaculture industry, It is an effective way to resolve the problem of water resources shortage and avoid breeding environmental pollution by the application of intensive healthy culture using the recycled water techniques.On the basis of investigation, after years of practice, Our group design a closed loop water treatment process, and the effect test was carried out on aquaculture wastewater treatment,the result shows that the removal rate of 32% of coliform bacteria, COD removal rate reached 76%, non-ionic ammonia removal rate reached 95%, in line with fishery water quality standard, capable of aquaculture.On the basis of initial experiments,our esearch group carried out the circulating water flounder healthy culture experiments, the results showed that, in 280d farming, water treatment systems in each unit of water capable of breeding a better purification, the main breeding period changes in water quality for the pH:7.138.16, DO(mg/L): 6.07.27, NH4+-N(mg/L):0.090.50, NO2-N(mg/L):0.442.43.Cultured flounder grow faster, the survival rate reached to 95%, 4.8% higher than the control group.On the basis of recirculating aquaculture success, the research group has carried out the breeding experiments such as using the recycled water process was Günther and the Starry Flounder, and achieved good results, get Günther fry 110,000 tail on average 6.1 cm, the normal body color, color was 100%, developed to"the period of original mouth closed"300 000 fertilized eggs; from"the period of original mouth closed"to the larvae attached to the bottom of the pond, early survival rate was 37.5%, post-training (from the bottom of the pond attached to a length of 6mm) survival rate of 95% , during the period did not find any disease, found no mortality. breed Starry Flounder fry of about 2.5cm length 102,000, 2 years old larval rearing survival rate was 45.6%, total sales of 75,000 fish more than 5cm length , no mortality occurred during culture.
