Purpose Adding VE and Se in the fatty acid diet not only improving animal antioxidant functions, but protecting the fatty acid oxidized ,easing the MFD, improving milk quality, increasing milk fatty acids (PUFA) content, for the body to provide more biological functions of particular fatty acids. Since the addition of VE and Se increasing the content of milk a-tocopherol and selenium meeting the human needs of the VE and Se.Means Determined by feeding trial production performance of lactating dairy cows, feed digestibility, serum antioxidant activity (serum selenium, GSH-Px, SOD activity, a-tocopherol, MDA content); determination of milk fatty acid composition of plasma , The antioxidant properties of milk (milk selenium, GSH-Px, SOD activity, a-tocopherol, MDA content).This study is divided into two tests. Choosing 25 healthy Holstein cows with similar body condition,milk period and similar yield were randomly divided into 5 groups in the test 1. Each group was fed with one of the following diet.The diet of Group A contains basal diet,The diets of Group B was added 350g sunflower oil based on that of group A,Group C was added 10g selenium yeast based on that of group B,Group D was added 20g VE based on that of group B,Group E was added 20g VE and 10g selenium yeast. The results show:(1)Adding sunflower seed oil, milk fat percentage decreased,lactose incrensed,while milk yield , protein, dry matter and solid non-fat no significant difference (p> 0.05). Adding VE alone or with the use of selenium yeast eased MUFA induceing MFD.(2)Adding the sunflower oil group with the control group DM, OM, NDF, ADF digestibility significantly different (P <0.05). vitamin E, selenium yeast, or both synergies, DM, OM, NDF, ADF digestibility than a separate add sunflower oil to be higher (P<0.05).(3)Adding VE increased serum and milkα-tocopherol content; malondialdehyde (MDA) content and GSH-Px, SOD activity had no significant effect on serum or in milk. Selenium yeast or VE can significantly improve blood selenium, milk selenium; increased superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) of the activity.(4)Effect of adding VE, selenium yeast, or both combined in the sunflower oil on milk short-chain saturated fatty acids (C12: 0, C14: 0, C16: 0) content of bovine plasma was not significant (p> 0.05 ), long chain fatty acids (C18: 0,, C18: 1, C18: 2, C18: 3) content showed an upward trend, Group B,C,E CLA levels increased by more than 28.6%, 60.7%, 42.8%.In this study, plasma t11-C18: 1 and CLA in milk was positively correlated, y = 0.5777x-0.3954 (R~2 = 0.8095).Choosing 32 healthy Holstein cows with similar body condition,milk period and similar yield were randomly divided into 4 groups in the test 2. Each group was fed with one of the following diet. The diet of Group A was added 350g sunflower oil per cow per day. The diets of Group B,C,D were added 8g,15g,22g selenium yeast based on that of group A. The results show :(1) In the sunflower oil diets supplementing with different levels of selenium yeast on milk fat, milk protein, lactose, dry milk, non-fat solids have no effect (p> 0.05), with the addition of selenium yeast increased, milk production gradually increased, B, C, D group than the group A increased 3.02%, 5.78%, 7.55%, but the difference was not significant (P <0.05)(.2)Adding selenium yeast in the sunflower oil diets increases blood selenium and milk selenium content. Correlation analysis showed that blood selenium, milk selenium was positively correlated (R~2=0.9063)(.3)Adding selenium yeast in sunflower oil diets increases blood super oxide dismutase (SOD) capacity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) capacity compared with that of Group A. At level of 15g Se per cow per day, SOD and GSH-PX capacity activity reached the maximum (p﹤0.05). (4)Supplementing selenium yeast improved CLA contents, add to the amount of 15g per cow per day, can significantly increase the milk conjugated linoleic acid content(p<0.01). Comprehensive considerations in sunflower seed oil deits supplemented with 15g/cow per d have good application effect.
