The structural of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest is complexity, and the function of it is diversiform.It is an important types of ecological forest, plays an important role in the nature protect and environment conservation .How to better protect and management the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest has become an important research topic.This research instructs the construction of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest through studies of the stand structure characteristic of it, has emphatically analyzed the tree species structure, the diameter distribution rule and the spatial structure characteristic of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest, particularly proposed that using a crown size compared to analysis the stand spatial structure, which has certain fresh idea. On account of the major problem exists in the structural of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest, proposed the method and the way to further improve the stand structure, provided the technical support in scientific and reasonable protection, development and management and operation of the resource of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest in Zhejiang Northwest.Taking coniferous and broad-leaved forest of Qiandao Lake National Forest Park District and Qingshan Lake National Forest Park District as study objects , we discuss the stand structural characteristics of Coniferous and Broad-leaved Forest in Northwest Zhejiang Province from the two major aspects in this paper . (1) The demographic characteristics of the property represisented by the diameter distribution of trees ; (2) The spatial structure of forest-taking Mingling,Neighborhood comparison, and Uniform angle as indicators to describe the spatial relationships between individual trees. Conclusions are as follows :(1).In forest Zone the diameter distribution of forest types in line with the natural uneven-aged Rinbayashi structure of the basic characteristics of sub-diameter . In contrast , negat iveindex distribution is more suitable for the 12 forest plots diameter structure of the fitting.(2) In general, the mean Minglings of all the plots of is above 0.7, the Minglings of each species is relatively high; they are mostly intensity mixed, which indicates that single-species aggregation of all species less likely to happen, mostly into a loose state.(3) Analysis of mean of uniform angle index shows that mean of uniform angle index in most plots are above0.517 except for little spots ,and the difference of average uniform angle index between every plots is limited, which mean it is in aggregation state of the stand.(4) Difference between Space division and size of tree species composition are significant . Massion pine has advantage in the space size . Neighborhood comparisonin DBH and tree height oin the various species show a strong consistency in comparing the advantages of growth between the reference trees and adjacent trees . And the trend of neighborhood comparison in height and diameter of tree is very close, but the ratio of crow size deviates to the law of the two above.
