This article take Cynodon dactylon,Zoysia sinica,Eremochloa ophiuroides,Paspalum notatum four kind of warm-season turfgrass conducts the salt endurance research as the material, observes it under the salty coercion its physiological biochemistry response rule. Grad carrying out six diversity on material (0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5%) Nacl salt coerces treatment, Testing method that cultivated in pot and water. After salty coercion processing the 3,7,14,21,35,56th day later carries on adopts the leaf type stochastically, from the material exterior characteristic and the biomass, leaf blade's chlorophyll content, the proline content, H2O2 enzyme activity, MDA,the electric conductivity rate and so on carries on the observation; At the same time, statistic and analyze the Nacl salt coerces index, The results indicated:1,Declining extent of biomass (especially of root dry weight) and performance of turfgrass (such as visual color) under stress of high concentration salt, could estimate salt tolerance of turfgrass. Accordingly, ranking of abilities to salt tolerance were: Zoysia sinica> Cynodon dactylon> Eremochloa ophiuroides> Paspalum notatum. Under different salinity, with enlarging that salinity coerces, root, stem, Ye Gan weight appear to come down trend, stronger form Zoysia sinica and Cynodon dactylon among them come down extent is relatively comparatively slow, but resistance is weaker in case that Eremochloa ophiuroides and Paspalum notatum are then quicker. With the increasing of treat salinity density and time, its normal growth progress was decreased while its rapidity and degree of wilting and numbers of plant death were increased. Four kind of warm-season turfgrass change degree is various. The plant underwent the different stage of "normal", "wilting", "death" in the different salinity density. Paspalum notatum under 0.6% salinity coercion very quick death, Eremochloa ophiuroides issues the death in 0.9% salinity coercion, but Cynodon dactylon salinity coercion density is not suitable surpasses 1.2%, Zoysia sinica salinity coercion density is not suitable surpasses 1.5%.2,Adopt the paraffin section technology to follow the anatomy being in progress to four warm-season turf grass studying, by the observation to whose blade anatomy structure, and to the mensurate and ANONA analysis with being able to bear the salt index, know plant's research being able to bear salt structure, aiming at perfecting salt life plant study of structure further.3,By study, the relative electric conductivity rate and proline concentration increased while the chlorophyll concentration decreased with the increasing of treat salinity density and time. Take Cynodon dactylon for example, in the third day of treat, from the salinity density of 0.3% to 0.9%, the relative electric conductivity and the MDA concentration increased 1.41 and 1.01 times respectively while the chlorophyll concentration decreased 3.5% respectively. In the thirty-fifth day of treat, the relative electric conductivity and the MDA concentration increased 1.44 and 2.49 times respectively while the chlorophyll concentration decreased 40.1% respectively. H2O2 enzyme activity and the proline content ascended from the beginning then descended. The proline content concentration reach max value (0.96) in the fourteenth day and H2O2 enzyme activity concentration reach max value (329.1) in the twenty-first day under the treated of 0.9%.4,The statistic analysis between being able to bear the salt index and salt thickness is indicated, every grass assumes subsisted multivariate relevance relation, the proline content, the electric conductivity rate, MDA contents and H2O2 enzyme activity four items index are to instruct a lawn that grass is able to bear the best of salt coercing physiology index.
