Preliminary Research Of The Germplasm Resource Of Fructus Cannabis

Fructus Cannabis is the dry fruit of Cannabis sativa L. which resulting from moraceae. Cannabis sativa L. is one of the ancient cultivated plants, it has important value in industry agriculture and medicina, especially in textile and construction industry, which has advantage that other crops can not substitute. Scholars all over the world do many researchs in the textile,herbal textual,toxicity components aspect,biological action aspect,pharmacology aspect and so on, but few people do researchs on germplasm resources aspect.At present, Fructus Cannabis is the accessory of Cannabis sativa L.,textile and food. Almost all of the seeds of Cannabis sativa L. is used as Fructus Cannabis, and there is no specificity in medicinal variety. Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources are very rich and miscellaneous, besides, there are few people do researchs between Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources and quality, so the medicinal materials of Fructus Cannabis are miscellaneous and these quality are instable, then we can not provide secure,effective,stable and controlled drugs for clinical application.In this paper, we do primary studies on the Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources, these include investigate,collect,identify and evaluate on germplasm resources, and studies on protein-electrophoresis and HPLC fingerprint analysis of Fructus Cannabis. These studies not only do good to the conservation,exploitation and utilizion of Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources,but also do good to the standardized manufacturing administration,quality control,secure clinical application of Fructus Cannabis.Investigation,collection,identify and evaluation on Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources: we do resource exploration in the main milpa, and collect the representative Fructus Cannabis's germplasm resources,then identify and evaluate, at the same time, we construct the system of germplasm resources banks on Fructus Cannabis.Evaluation research on genetic resources:the evaluation research include morphological,biological property of Cannabis sativa L.,stress resistance and measuring main chemical composition. We determined evaluating indicator of excellent germplasm, and screen out 3 excellent germplasm from the high production and top quality from Cannabis sativa L.s which have medicinal properties.Protein electrophoresis:we do electrophoretic analysis on Fructus Cannabis's protein for the first time, and study the germ plasm's consistence and variety through electro phorogram.Comparative study on fingerpints of Fructus Cannabis:We do preliminary investigation on HPLC fingerpints of Fructus Cannabis.Our research results provide scientific theory evidence for Cannabis sativa L.s'germplasm resources screening wshich have medicinal properties,selecting and breeding for superior varieties and quality control of Fructus Cannabis.
