| As the development of the characteristic horticulture in the Nanjiang area, the need of the planting area is increasing, and the demanding of the water resource is increasing. But the shortage of water resources has already become one of the social economic development restraining factors in Nanjiang, as the phenomenon that the fresh water resources extremely lack in tarim basin but it's rich in salty water resources, reasonable utilization of brackish water in irrigation is the inevitable trend in the future and even a long period in the development of agricultural irrigation. The quality of brackish water is worse because of the ion contents is high, which lead to water salt stress to the root of the fruit plants in irrigation process. The higher degree of stress of the irrigation water salinity, the more obvious will seriously impede the root of the fruit trees to the absorption of the moisture and nutrient and its transport process. The contents of organic carbon, nitrogen in soil are important health indicators in soil fertility discretion and soil healthy, it is directly affects the soil fertility and the crop yielding. By studying the biennial tianshan bioer dates using different salinities of the brackish water drop irrigation, we find out the characteristic of the mlo root zone soil organic carbon, no3 (superscript -) -n and alkali-hydro nitrogen in all the birth period distribution; and the enzymes content analysis, which have the C and N enzyme activity (urease and invertase). And according to the soil salt and organic carbon, no3 (superscript -) -n and alkali-hydro nitrogen related relationship to build up the model equation, through the experimental analysis we obtained the results of the soil organic carbon, nitrate nitrogen and alkali-hydro nitrogen in space distribution.Conclusion:1. Using different salinities of the brackish water in soil irrigation, the organic carbon in soil shows wavy in longitudinal section, the volatility performance after the first reduce increases with the trend of the size vary mineralization; When using the 3g/L for salinity water for irrigation processing, soil organic carbon content got the largest in the whole growth stage, the reflect of the forecasting model is that there has high quantitative relationship between the soil salt and the soil organic carbon content. Different mineralization of the brackish water after treatment, the soil organic carbon content in spatial distribution compare to the control processing also have tremendous variation: the spatial distribution of organic carbon is stable in low mineralization processing, and the larger mineralization processing leads to the smaller distribution regularity.2. After the treatment of soil no3 (superscript -) -n and the distribution of alkali-hydro nitrogen in longitudinal section in the whole growth stages have very similar trends: low salinity is reduced with the growth under high salinity increases; analysis the correlation with the soil salinity, establishing the model equations, we get that there have a good correlation between the nitrate and soil salinity in 2gb/L and 3g/L, but alkali-hydro nitrogen mineralization only in the soil salt treatment of 2gb/L has a good correlation, which reflect that nitrate and alkali-hydro nitrogen in different salinities have different stability. In the space they also showed the extremely similar distribution trend.3. Soil urease in different salinities after the brackish water irrigation in the fertility treatment in a "V" type distribution, invertase only in 2g/L mineralization treatment shows the reverse distribution regularity to the urease distribution, the rests have no significant regularity; establishing the correlation model with the two enzymes and soil salinity, we've learned that urease prediction model in 2gb/L and 3g/L salinity had showed a good predictive, invertase in different salinities under the brackish water irrigation treatment with the soil salt all have good correlation, and the prediction model has high reliability. Two enzymes in the spatial distribution are correlated with the irrigation fertilizer and drops position, leave from drops head position more closer, the enzyme activity content is larger; different mineralization processing are all have catalysis to the urease, but to invertase showed a adverse affect.4.
