Aromatase is mainly located in the oogonia stroma of ovary and testis. For the control group and the experimental group, there is no expression of aromatase before gonadal differentiation in the tadpole. With the process of gonad differentiation, aromatase activity increased gradually with the increase of fertilizer concentration. After sexual differentiation, ovarian aromatase activity is stronger than that of the testis.
