Animal body structure and production performance of a certain correlation exists between, this study of Small Tail Han FecB gene polymorphism and the relationship between body conformation and blood. Indicators to find the way to indentity Small Tail Han Sheep FecB body structure. Using PCR-RFLP and direct sequencing technique on 402 Small Tail Han FecB, FecXI, FecXL, GDF-9 gene for genetic polymorphism analysis, and use Popgene1.32 and SAS9.2, calculate the genes and gene groups FecB type distribution, analysis of individual FecB gene polymorphism and 9-foot target, 5-foot index of the individual, 15 targets and 14 blood physiological and biochemical indicators of blood relationship. The results showed that:Polymorphism of FecB gene was found in Small Tail Han, the individual detection rate of 94.27%. polymorphism of FecXI, FecXL and GDF-9 was not found.PCR amplification products were digested by AvaII, FecB gene showed two alleles (B and +) and 3 genotypes (BB, B + and + +), dominant allele B, the dominant genotype was B + . Locus in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P> 0.05).Litter size and body height, body length, rump width, rump length, chest index showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.05), and chest circumference, abdominal circumference showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.01). And WBC count, lymphocyte count, mean corpuscular volume were significantly positively correlated (P <0.05), and red blood cell distribution width SD, red cell distribution width of the CV was significantly positively correlated (P <0.01). And phosphorus content showed significant negative correlation (P <0.05).Allele B on litter size, body length, abdominal circumference, rump width, rump length, waist angle width, circumference index, mean corpuscular hemoglobin content ewes, phosphorus content and creatine kinase and ram the total number of red blood cells, hematocrit and hemoglobin levels were significant or highly significant additive effects and substitution effects. On the circumference index, the absolute value of intermediate cell populations, the total number of white blood ewes, intermediate cell ratio, absolute lymphocyte, absolute value of intermediate cells, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and total number of red blood cells have a dominant effect ram.Comprehensive analysis of the results from the body structure and blood parameters to distinguish between specific genes carrying multiple births FecB tail sheep. Phosphorus content of ewes with multiple births is low, high cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, total protein, albumin content, more than the total number of rams with red blood cells, hemoglobin, high physical and chemical properties of blood. Multiple birth ewes with a high body grew up in the body, the body is rectangular in shape, circumference of thick, wide hips and other shape characteristics; the ram in length with a tall body, the body is square, smaller circumference, hip medium such as shape features.
