China is a developing and large agricultural country that has a population of 1.3 billion. Agriculture in China has long been considered as a strategic industry to stabilize society. The development mode of traditional agricultural cannot meet the needs of social development, so only rely on high-tech means to develop modern agriculture, in order to provide the necessary material and social development foundation. The development of modern agriculture is to increase the output of per unit area of land by the use of the greenhouse, and to improve the quality of agricultural products. In the composition of the greenhouse, the greenhouse control system is the most important component. Now appears greenhouse control system, generally require mathematical modeling of greenhouse environment, then the use of traditional control theory to control, so the effect of the greenhouse control system has a direct link with the accuracy of the mathematical model of the greenhouse environment. However, the greenhouse environment is a very complex environment, including temperature, humidity, light, carbon dioxide concentration, oxygen concentration, and so environmental factors, and certain environmental factors, there are still coupled. In temperature and humidity change process, there are also still large inertia, large delay, nonlinear and other characteristics. Therefore, it is very difficult to establish accurate greenhouse model, some of the existing greenhouse models only consider the role of some environmental factors.In the condition that the greenhouse models cannot be established accurately, this paper first presents a new control scheme, namely model-free adaptive control program, the core of which is the model-free adaptive control algorithm, the control algorithm does not need to be established the mathematical model of control object, the greenhouse control system requires only input and output data to be able to complete the control of greenhouse environment, it can solve the control problem which the conventional control algorithm cannot solve, and it has good control effect.In this paper, using model-free adaptive control algorithm to simulated the greenhouse model firstly, to verify the control performance of the model free adaptive control algorithm. Then, using ARM7 as a control system computing processor, using model-free adaptive control algorithm as the control system algorithm to design a greenhouse control system, it include signal acquisition of temperature and humidity, temperature and humidity control, and the setting part of temperature and humidity, and temperature and humidity on the host computer for display. Finally, using the greenhouse control system to control a small analog greenhouse, it realized the experimental study of model-free adaptive control algorithm.
