Grape is one of the most popular fruit in the word. It has been cultivated for a long history. The range is very wide. Grapes can be used for many kinds, the main are fresh eating and making grapewine. Chongqing is not suitable for the wine grape, because of the high night temperature poor light and more raining in growing season. In recent years the table grapes are cultivated more and more in Chongqing. Especially many large orchard gradually appeared. So it is important to choose the proper grape varieties. Euramerican species are more strongpoint-disease-resistant than Eurasian species. The grapes are more fine in grain, quality, nutrition. So the experiment choose the four table grapes in Chongqing to research.In recent years the research of the grape nutritional components has been extensively concerned by people, especially the research of resveratrol in grapewine. The paper study the resveratrol in table grapes, at the same time making grapewine by the table grapes, Then analysis the correlation of growths, quality and resveratrol. The conclusions are as follows:1.According to phenophase, they bud in the first 10-days of March, and Emily verasion is in the last of June, the others are in the first 10-days of July. According to high yield, Summer black germination rate is the highest in all. Emily fruit spur rate is the last, it was markedly different from the other varieties. According to fruit characters and quality. The Muscat Kyoho quality is the best in all. Emily is the last one. Because of raining in the flowing season, Muscat Kyoho and Kyoho fruit are not uniformity.2.The resveratrol concentrations (Cr) of the four main grape varieties grown in Chongqing were analyzed in skin, pulp and wine after the fermentation. The result was that the Cr in skin was the highest in the three conditions, The Cr in pulp was the lowest in all. The Emily skin value was the lowest in the four varieties(19.579u.g/g) and it was markedly different from the other varieties(a-b). The Emily pulp value was the highest in the four varieties(2.093μg/g), but it was not markedly different from the other varieties(de-e). The Muscat Kyoho wine value was the lowest in the four varieties (3.590μg/g)and it was markedly different from the other varieties(c-d).3.At the same time, the paper analyzed the correlation of the growing indicators, quality indicators and the resveratrol Cr. It found that grape varieties, trim, fertilizer and water management and fruit character all seemed to affect resveratrol concentration.
