The threshing and separating unit is one of the important constituents of combine harvester.Researching threshing and separating performances are very important to improve the combine harvesting performances.To research various domestic and foreign threshing and separating units to indicate:axial threshing and separating units thresh gentle.It is superior to tangential units on threshed rate,broken rate,separated rate etc.From threshing and separating unit performance directly affects the performance of the whole machine work. .Improve the quality of combine harvesters threshing rice production in China will be further developed to solve the key problem. In this article, on the basis of the study of the pre-axial flow threshing and separation unit ,further study on the various parameters and performance indicators in order to improve the performance of the unit, designed for new models and modification of the traditional models provide a reliable basis.In this paper, self-developed axial flow threshing and separating device test bed for the work of different parts of the process of threshing, threshing and separating performance on the impact of each parameter were tested. The study axial flow threshing and separating from the device structure optimization of design parameters and motion parameters, lower power consumption and improve performance threshing results and separation and other aspects. taking the power consumption, Impurity,the rate of brown rice rate and broken ear rate, the extent of the impact,are not off the impact ,entrainment losses, of loss and total loss as the performance index,taking the change of feed rate,roller speed as the parameters, the effect of these parameters on the cleaning performance index is studied. Through comparison of single-factor test, and test the factors affecting the performance curve of influence, build mathematical models. Using the experimental method of quadratic orthogonal rotating design of two factors and five levels of design, regression equation about various factors and performance indexes has been established. Use of the performance index of the regression equation, adopted the priority objective function, using MATLAB to solve the optimization problem. The optimal parameters were found that roller speed is 650 r/min, feed rate is 2kg/s.
