The traditional methods of diagnosing leaf blade moisture content have many drawbacks which are complicated and time-consuming, low resolution, easy to be disturbed by external interference, harm the leaves and so on. This study make the poinsettia as a research material to analysis the correlation between electrical characteristics and moisture content of plants by heterozygosis of rough set and fuzzy set, and pay attention to the temperature in measurement. In order to get the plant moisture content from electrical properties, achieve the goal that measuring leaf blade moisture content in a fast and nondestructive way. But during water-loss process, because the plant impedance spectroscopy need to be measured in different scan frequencies constantly, great amount of data will be generated.It needs to use the data processing method which have higher automation degree and higher efficiency to deal with large amounts of data.In order to solve this problem, this paper put forward the method that combined with fuzzy set and rough set to analyze the data, extract probability decision rule from rough fuzzy decision table finally. This method not only deletes unnecessary attributes and attributes'values, but also provides the support count and degree of confidence of every rule in the rule sets, providing a more scientific decision-making basis.The main works were listed as follows:1. Introducing the basic concept of rough set and fuzzy set, and compare them, then expound the possibility of the " heterozygosis".2. Impedance meter and the jig re-equips are used to collect the data of poinsettia's impedance, and measure temperature, leaf blade moisture content, establish the original decision table, then pretreat the data, put forward an improved one rule discretizer and it is suitable for for this study. 3. According to the judgment of consistency of decision table to accomplish attribute reduction, and proposes a attributes'values reduction method to extract probability decision rule from rough fuzzy decision table. Finally according to decision rules derived, obtain leaf blade moisture content through temperature, capacitance and resistance of plant.4. Visual Studio 2010 development environment and ADO.NET database access technology are used to accomplish all the data processing system modules. At last, by means of the experimental data, this heterozygotic rough set method confirmed to be effective and feasible.
